Eden Mar Hotel

Hi, we stayed at the Edan Mar at the beginning of Aug and absolutely loved it.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Our room was massive, we opted for a junior suite in the end as we have previously had a standard room, when we have been abroad and have found the rooms to be on the small side but we were pleasantly surprised at how big the rooms were at Edan Mar.
The Med restaurant was the best in the hotel by far and seemed to be the quietest as it was quite pricey but well worth it, the Italian El Basilico is definately one to miss and was not worth the money they were charging.
One thing to be aware of is adding drinks to your room bill, our room and two other rooms on our floor (6) ended up with high drinks bills that weren't even ours, we spent 13 euro one night and has this added to our room as the bar tender had no change for a 50 and when we went to pay our bills at the end of our holiday we were informed that we has 80 euros worth of drinks on the bill, after a few words this was eventually sorted but did spoil the end of our holiday, this didn't dampen our spirits though and we will definately be visiting Edan Mar again, we have even joined their prestige club!
Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic week at this hotel, first time I’ve been on holiday for a while and actually missed the place now home, fantastic staff and meals and overall a relaxing and highly enjoyable holiday, looking forward to returning.
Only thing we found whilst it was excellent having a kitchenette in the room there were no plug sockets to plug the kettle in other than in the wall in the dining area, and no sockets by the dressing table area.
The pool area is wonderful and clean as is the spectacular indoor pools.
