Many complaints by various guests about no hot water or no water coming from hot tap intermittent problem according to owner but lasted all of night /early hours of morning /next morning.
Very noisy boiler type sound stopping and starting all night. Loo so close to sink banged elbow each time sat on loo and no room for loo roll holder that is on top of loo, so you have to twist round to get it and I am an average size 12 a larger person would really have problems. Will not stay again.

Accommodation was very good not many facilities
Restaurant was very bad, food dry and no veg served presentation bad.
Myself and my husband were both sick and bad all night.
May have been a bug but not sure as we were both ill straight after meal.
Next morning still very ill could not eat breakfast as we were still very ill, manager not at all sympathetic even though my husband could hardly stand up and i was in tears as i felt so bad. All we got from the manager was ( well you got a free bottle of wine what more do you want).
I feel very angry with the attitude. The hotel was not cheap and they did not care less. All they wanted was the full payment, we were not even offered so much as a cup of tea before we left. Luckily we did not live very far away. Did phone hotel when we recovered but got same attitude.

Spa was lovely and clean. Had a good time in the sauna and steam room but nothing for my young children to do. Food not great for price. Rooms are out dated and small for family. Would not recommend for families with young children. The picture of the pool advertised in brochure is non existent. Some staff were cold towards us. Only one baby changing room which was on other side of hotel. Considering there are many pictures of families on the walls of reception and all over hotel this is not a very family orientated hotel. Would not recommend.
