Reception staff friendly but be aware this is a German resort. After 5 days there we only heard 2 other English voices, it caters for Germans - ie all signs in German, german beer etc. It was hard not hearing another English voice and that's from someone who likes to go on hols to get away!
However the resort is nice - lovely beach very close to Palma airport and the hotel is 5mins walk away from beach and in a quieter area. Rooms are smallish but suitable for 2 (even though it said it could sleep 3 not sure where 3rd person would be put!), our room only had a shower. Food not bad (not world class though!) and plentiful. Bit disappointed with evening meal as there was little atmosphere and it was a case of in - eat - out. Had a very relaxing holiday all in all and value for money.
