My husband and I stayed at this hotel in the first week of May 2006. Despite being the first week of the season the hotel was everything we hoped it would be and more so.
The reception staff were helpful and especially the dining room staff and Francesco the barman. The rooms were well furnished and clean and the food was a delight to eat. It was a short walk from the bus 'station' where you could catch a bus to Punto Sabioni to catch the ferry to arrive in Venice just along from St Marks Square.
The best way to arrive in Venice. You pay for both the bus and ferry at the bus 'station'. It was a wonderful holiday that I would recommend to anyone.
