Kenzi Farah Hotel Reviews
" Excellent hotel, well situated short... "
Submitted By: Ms C Anaon
Excellent hotel, well situated short tax ride (max 30dhm) or 20 min walk from main square. Fabulous gardens, good food, especially breakfast, look out for lady making fresh pancakes she is outside and easily missed, great staff andlovely spa (extra cost but worth it).
Stayed in new block near spa rooms, great and overlooking lovely gardens (main bit of older part of hotel may be less so?), room, dining room and hotel very clean and cared for. Air con, fridge, powerful shower, body lotion soap, shampoo and shower gel, sheets and towels changed daily.
Staff extremely helpful, nice beds around pool and free towels. Outdoor pool coldish but fine once you were in a swimming.
Main square be careful of approaches form random people asking to guide you and also beware of pickpockets.
Had great time would recommend highly.

" It was the worst holiday I have had... "
Submitted By: Ms R Mccabe
It was the worst holiday I have had for years.
We were half board at the kenzi farrah and as it was Ramadan, we decided not to eat during the day and use our half board as breakfast and dinner.
We ate there Monday night, Tuesday AM, Tuesday Night and by Wednesday I had diarrhoea, so I took Imodium. I then started to feel sick and never went for breakfast or met the hotel rep.
My partner met the hotel rep and told him I was ill. He was unconcerned and tried to sell trips.
I never ate dinner.
By early morning Thursday I was unable to retain bottled water (we never drink from the taps in other countries, nor eat salad) and the doctor was called out by the hotel.
He came, cost- 500 dirham, gave me 2 injections and a prescription which he told the hotel to purchase on our behalf at 4am, which they duly did for a further 199 dirham.
My partner however was now ill and had no breakfast, no dinner. I shared my tablets with him. We did go down for dinner on Friday and both of us on Saturday, but were unable to face the food.
The food was not hot, kept uncovered in an un-air conditioned room with flies buzzing about and landing here and there.
There was a smell of sick in the right hand lift which we avoided. The smell of sewage in the gardens inside the hotel and the digging up of drainage of some sort near the pool was of concern and the fact they leave the tables set with cutlery overnight outside for the guests to use.
Some of the cutlery has finger marks all over it and the plates are not properly checked as clean before being stacked.
The food was definitely NOT 5* or 4* or possibly 3*. We decided not to eat there on Sunday as we were still feeling ill.

The grounds are lovely and very well kept. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice from meat cuts to fruit and a lady cooking fresh pancakes for everyone.
I will more than happy to return to this fab hotel.
