This is a very conveniently placed hotel, just on the outskirts of Heathrow.
My wife and I were delayed in the airport for many hours, so we headed for Novotel to get our heads down before heading on to our destination.
The price is about average for the airport hotels, but the staff and rooms were above average.
The rooms are clean, and the facilities are very good.
The reception area - restaurant was well stocked and fresh - and the staff in all areas are helpful and friendly (in my experience a trait that is not very common in airport hotels).
I would highly recommend this hotel to people going to and from Heathrow.
