We all had a great time here. The room were lovely and clean although on the small side. Cleaned everyday and clean towels given everyday.
The restaurant was clean and the food was great - fresh and plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and good fun.
For a 2* rated hotel it was excellent - they really deserve a higher scoring.
Would definitely go back to Santa Ponsa and this hotel. The beach was beautiful and everything was on hand - no trailing around looking for things.
Overall - very clean, friendly and good food.

This Hotel is very tired and of poor standard for what it claims to offer. Although the entertainment staff worked hard, the restaurant, reception and bar staff were not only miserable but downright surly. No one is at all helpful. The place is not very clean and the restaurant is run in a bizarre way with supply of food running out frequently. Its only good feature is that it is close to the excellent beach.
Would not recommend it at all, unless you are happy with one star accommodation

An excellent location and extremely pleasant staff.
The food was buffet style and perfectly acceptable although one or two over fussy eaters were heard to complain about it. There was always a very varied choice of hot and cold food to choose from. The pool area was very quiet at all times with plenty of sun loungers.
The taxi drivers at the front of the hotel can be a bit noisy though, particularly late at night. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing holiday and I would have no qualms about returning to this hotel.

Overall holiday was good. We were on holiday with another couple (no children).
The rooms were basic, comfy and clean. The cleaners were friendly and courteous. Strange to see carpets in the rooms (Not sure about the hygiene with the carpets)
The location of the hotel was great, beach lovely, Santa Ponsa lovely, take the time and go a walk along to the marina and surrounding beaches.
The meals were basic, always something you could have, for the price we paid we were happy. The only complaint we all had about the hotel was the Hitler type restaurant manager, very aggressive if you made the mistake on your first visit by going to a table on your own, we all felt completely humiliated, the staff were not very nice in the restaurant apart from a couple of the younger ones.
The entertainment was good, Lulu done a very good job and we all take our hats off to her, she has a long day, and keeps a smile on her face all the time.
Pool area was always clean and tidy and you do not have any bother getting a sun lounger.
There was a party of about 15 adult physically and mentally handicapped arrived on our 3rd day and at some times they were quite frightening if they were in a mood, we felt that not enough supervision was given to them and at times they were out of control.
We would go back to this hotel and would recommend it to other friends.

Husband and I spent one week here after a week Med cruise. We had a nice room overlooking the pool etc. Towels changed daily if required and sheets after three days.
Air conditioning, fan, fridge, TV, telephone etc, wall safe only extra, at reasonable cost. We used the telephone to phone UK several time and cost no more than phoning from outside.
Nice reception area with helpful staff and plenty of sun loungers. We did use the sun terrace away from the pool area.
Evening entertainment was reasonable for our age group. Only negative comments I would make would be the lack of variety in the dining room. e.g. What was on for dinner previous evening was usually on for lunch next day. A bit repetitive and boring after a few days. Other very negative comment was the very unpleasant barman in the evening bar. Slapped glassed down on the bar, often didn't bother with ice. Only time he spoke to us was when he flew into a rage when I got the two drinks order a bit mixed. I really got a bit of a shock and was unwilling to go back again. (Maybe this was the idea)
All in all though we had a good holiday. If we did go back here again think we would pick the neighbouring Pionero Hotel.
