The hotel is kept very clean although our room was slightly damp. Food was average never went hungry. Staff were more friendly towards the Germans. Would not recommend to go at the end of season as everything was closing down Albena was a lovely resort plenty of water... more

What a fantastic holiday, the write up in the brochure is nothing like the hotel, the hotel is better! The staff couldn’t do enough for us, and as I am disabled and confined to a wheelchair that was a great help. They even built me a ramp so I could get to the pool side.... more
