The hotel is kept very clean although our room was slightly damp. Food was average never went hungry. Staff were more friendly towards the Germans.
Would not recommend to go at the end of season as everything was closing down Albena was a lovely resort plenty of water sports and not expensive, the animation team at the hotel were very good Joanne in particular would not recommend to go and see the dolphins in Varna poor show very small pool cruel to the dolphins really!
The whole of Bulgaria seems to be full of Germans so if you don’t like them don’t go they are very rude and everywhere other wise had a good holiday met some very nice welsh folk that made our holiday thanks!

What a fantastic holiday, the write up in the brochure is nothing like the hotel, the hotel is better! The staff couldn’t do enough for us, and as I am disabled and confined to a wheelchair that was a great help.
They even built me a ramp so I could get to the pool side. The food was lovely there was always plenty to choose from, the hotel was very clean, everywhere you looked there was a cleaner cleaning. The resort itself is also lovely, the beach is very clean, and the sea is clear and very shallow, which is great for kids, and all the people are nice as well.
I would recommend this holiday to anyone, just don’t go in June as the weather is a bit iffy.
