This was the worse holiday we have ever had. The resort was lovely but the food and the accommodation was very bad. The beds and towels were never changed for the whole week we were there, never swept and we had to ask for toilet rolls the only thing that got done was the bins!
The staff on reception at the Playa Blanca are the rudest and nastiest people I have ever come across. Not helpful and only speak English when they want to. Their facial expressions are rude and they really get your back up. The resort is full of rude and nasty Germans so unless you speak German you are treated differently. The rep was not helpful either when somebody complained about there balcony being loose she said what do you expect me to do about it!
The pool was o.k. but scummy around the edge, it had recently been painted and the sun had made the paint tacky which you got on your clothes and arms. The pool is quite deep in places. The indoor pool does not exist as it is shut up and cannot be used the same for the sauna as well. When you tried to go and look at the sauna and pool you were stopped. I could go on and on but I will stop here. I would just like to add that this resort should not be sold to English people who have a few standards and if you don’t speak German or cannot put up with pushing and shoving keep away for Sa Coma and S Illiot.
Oh the food, where do I begin? Rubbish all the same day in day out German rubbish. I hope that this holiday will be withdrawn for English people as I know that everyone we spoke to out there will be complaining. Rubbish holiday.
