Hotel Fortuna Aptos

We have just arrived back from Cala Millor and the Fortuna apartments. I wanted to leave a review as there wasnt any others and i feel there should be.
GOOD POINTS.
Fantastic value for money. If you are looking for cheap accomadtion in a great location then you will not be disappointed. There was 5 of us, and the apartments were very spacious. first bedroom with 2 beds and second bedroom with 3 beds. Also in the living room there is a sofa that can be folded in to a 6th bed. The lounge is large with patio doors leading on to a balcony with a sea view.
The kitchen was large with a door leading onto a enclosed small balcony where the cleaning equipment, mops etc is kept, which is completely private and so the door can be left open to get a much needed breeze to come through the apartmetns.
The bathroom was fully tiled and had a bath and a shower.
BAD POINTS
There are no fans, it gets very hot in there. There are 16 apartments, we were on the on the top floor. There are 4 floors and there is no lift, but we are none of us athletes and even though it was a tad tiring and we did have a moan from floor 2 upwards, it wasnt that bad really.
The maid service is only every 3 days, so it means making your own bed for 2 days.
Decors a bit dated.
All in all we were very happy with the apartments. They were spotlessly clean, in a great area, and the price was extremely reasonable. If you are looking for the lap of luxury then they are not for you, but if you are happy to have a clean spacious place to stay, where you are right near to the beach and all the shops/bars etc, and you would rather spend your extra money that you will save on these budget apartments on using the shops and bars then you will be very happy to stay there.
