Theresa Chalet

My husband and I took our 2 boys aged 9 and 14 to the Chalet Teresa. It is a little bit shabby but very warm and comfortable. The staff were the downfall of this holiday. They were very friendly and very very young, however, they were not trained properly and did not have a clue what they were doing.
The food was appalling and we ate out after the 3rd day as it was so bad.
The chalet is in a great location, not too close to the village centre and not too far away. A nice walk to the centre and the bus stops right outside for the ski slopes.
I would most certainly recommend Soll, it's an absolutely wonderful, magical, winter wonderland.
Airtours get your act together, your staff let you down, and you have to have at least 2 experienced members of staff at this lovely little chalet.
Aside from the clueless staff (Kids), this holiday was superb. A great place to go if you are beginners.
