We booked an airport transfer online and it was great because they were there to greet us.
Our hotel was a 4* and it had everything we needed including a big balcony because we were on the 1st floor. It looked out onto a lovely little park where at the weekend there was a local fiesta with traditional Spanish flamenco dancing and music. There was just one small road to cross in front of the hotel which faced the beach.
Our balcony had a sea view to the right and the mountains to the left which was gorgeous but the resort was a bit too quiet for us and we were glad we'd booked half board because they're wasn't many places to eat out at.
There were lots of small beaches along the stretch of coast and a water park a bit of a walk away. The food in our hotel was very good thankfully and it served up big delicious buffets with everything you could possibly want.
The facilities at the hotel were really good. It had a full entertainment programme for day and evening which was great fun and there was a large outdoor swimming pool in the courtyard at the centre of the hotel which got the sun all day and had plenty of sunbeds. I really enjoyed this holiday and the hotel and staff were brilliant.
The only thing missing on this holiday was a slightly more lively resort or at least a couple of local restaurants.
Overall it had amazing scenery and views, a perfect hotel, small beaches and was a very traditionally Spanish resort.
