Pittodrie house is a quiet little hotel with only 27 bedrooms, situated just outside Aberdeen in a tranquil secluded area. We chose this hotel for a weekend break away from the office. The hotel itself has several public rooms, each with its own roaring fire. There was also a billiards room with a full size snooker table in good condition, which was nice. The bar although small must of had every whisky known to man, and for this reason was quite pricey.
We went for B&B and would have considered dining in, although it was a tad expensive too. However in saying that if the quality of the breakfast was to go by then the dinner should have been great.
The hotel being in a forest meant there was plenty of tracks and paths to walk along, remember your hiking boots though as we were slightly caught out being in smart clothes and shoes trying to climb a muddy hill.
The room as you can see by the video was great, huge bed and eveything you would need.
Overall very enjoyable stay, no complaints really.
