just back from a week at this hotel rooms very clean shame about other toilets in hotel rooms need air con fan is no good food not very good not uch selection lived on bread and chips for a week !! pools very clean entertainers do a fantastic job few wasps about but only due to people leaving juice / ice cream lying about pool side 3 pools to choose from although kids pool a bit cold !catering staff a bit rude washing floor while people still eating make floor a hazard very very slippery !! would go back to majorca maybe not this hotel !

Just got back from Canarios Park Hotel in calas de mallorca, what an amazing of hotel, we stayed for 2 weeks all-inclusive, we had such a brilliant time, i had a 10 year old and a 5 year old with me and they absolutley loved it. Food was of a very good choice for breakfast, dinner and tea, even the snacks at night you had a great variety, entertainment was spot on, kids entertained in the kids club and mini disco at night. Hotel pools were brilliant theres a choice of 3 pools theres loads of sunbeds, chairs and tables. Yes there were wasps but they didnt bother you, the people who didnt clear up after themselves were the ones who had trouble with the wasps. Mini train took you to the beach every 30 minutes, and what a gorgeous beach it was. Mini golf, tennis, table tennis, football, volley ball were all free and the kids loved it. The hotel room was lovely and clean, cleaned and fresh towels every day. Drinks were great, wide variety of beers, spirits, slush puppies for the kids, and ice creams, restaurant was the cleanest restaurant i have ever eaten in, these people should be proud of this. FABULOUS HOLIDAY, WOULD DEFINATLEY GO BACK!

just got back from a week there and have to say even if you go at the end of the season like we did hire a safe we didnt and on the second night there we got robbed with them breaking the locks on the suitcases to get to the money when we reported it to the hotel manager first thing he said was its not my cleaners and if you want to report it you have to find your own way to manacor to report it to the police he was not helpful at all we were not the only ones there were 4 rooms that we know off on the fourth floor that got done over but now the plus points yes the food was the same evry day and yes we did even try chips for breakfast have to say that all the restaurant staff were friendly if you spoke to them first but a lot of that comes from they dont know whether you would like them to speak to you the bar staff were all friendly except one guy who was miseable all the time didnt get his name but you will know when you see him the wasp were a pain but as long as you didnt leave drinks hanging around like one woman did and we saw 6 wasp going into the glass they left you alone i wouldnt recommend this hotel if you like exploring at night as it was too far away from the resort centre but if you like staying in the hotel then you would like it

Hi just got back from a break at the hotel Canarios park hms in mallorca , 06/10/2010 we went for one week, which with 4 adults and a 2 year old was an ideal length of time to stay, rooms basic but kept clean daily , food basic but plentiful and good english choice, which with one of our party only eating potatoes and chicken anyway was a godsend the rest of us found the menu somewhat limited but we fond something to eat every meal time and believe me you can eat virtualy all day long if you desire.
The allinclusive was exactly that drinks served till midnight , self serve slush and ice cream for the children ,the towels were changed daily the bedding weekly, We found the location to be restrictive for the beaches with a pushchair with near verticle steps or very steep shingle incline to get to nearest beach , but the train was available free to go to the central beach , but was often full and this was end of season as a mild well controlled asthmatic I found the steps and incline very exhausting , prices in hotel and around if you brought anything were very high, a pint of beer 2.5 euros upto 5 euros, crisps 1 euro, prices for small bag of malteesers small choc bar around 1.5 to 2 euros , excursions very pricey ,no aircon or fridge in room but the huge fan was very good,The downside to us was the staff we found that however pleasant as you tried to be all the local staff were surrly, never smiled and let down a very reasonable hotel , with the exception of the the 2 black male caterers (sorry didnt get names) and the annimation team that is, Wasps were about but not as bad as I expected but could be time of year, Wife was still thrashing her arms about and screamin at them , overall a good value bargain holiday .

stayed for a week at canarios park with hubby and 2 kids (aged 8 & 6). Found the hotel to be clean, rooms ok, beds and towels changed daily. The food was good, little repetetive but thats expected! Wasps were a small problem but people do leave glasses of juice around so what can you expect? The biggest problem is the "night-time entertainment". It was very very boring, disco for 40 minutes (same songs in same order every night)bingo then supposedly entertainment. We were in our room every night before 10.15 due to it been so poor. Such a shame as the entertainment staff are very fiendly, it was just so poor!

Have just returned from here with my Daughter and Grandchildren . All in all its a good Hotel . The food is a little repetetive but no more so than any all inclusive , it was well presented and tasty and very fresh fruit/bread and salad .
The bar Q went down quickly with the ''no more than 2 drinks pp after9 '' working well .
I found the staff helpful and friendly and working constantly to keep the Hotel clean .
It was very busy but thats to be expected in August and we had no problem getting sun- beds at any time of the day .
The entertainment provided some good shows which the children also enjoyed .
We used the free train to the beach which was lovely and the Sea was so clear .
My only gripe was the wasps - which to be fair wasn't the Hotels fault .
We only paid 3 *** prices so didnt expect 5***.Its not a Hotel for romantic breaks but is a good all round Family holiday.

Having booked HSM Cala Park I was told on arrival they had over booked therefor my family and I had to stay at their sister Hotel CANARIOS PARK for 3 nights.
First impression was 1 1/2 mile from centre and main beach , reception staff unhelpfull and rude. my room wasn't ready and when it was ready it was still filthy dust on floor and bathroom full of mould above the bed was a huge fan when switched on shook the whole ceiling,very dangerous as it was only about 3 foot above the bed ,heard somebody cut their hand as they slept.
The smell on entering the dining area was horrendous it was that bad my two young daughters refused to eat the food there .There was also mould in the dining area and it was difficult to get a table which had been cleared of others food etc.
The main pool area was jam packed with sunloungers and the pool was 3 1/2 meters deep full of kids with inflatables ,itb was a wonder no one drowned and if they did nobody would notice as the pool was mirky and you couldnt see the bottom,also the teenage kids just ran riot with water pistols soaking anybody in their sights, whilst their parents were getting drunk at the pool side.
The entertainment was shown outside on a stage next to the main pool ,again very dangerous due to kids running back and forth and drunk adults almost falling in this very deep pool.
All in all the dirtiest and worst overall hotel I've ever stayed at , DON'T BOOK THIS BOOK THE CALA PARK it was like the HILTON compared to this awfull awfull place.
OH I forgot to mention the wasps.

just got back from 10days at canarios park! never been all inclusive before and would definately go again! the food is very repetitive but good value for money. the drinks are great and as they dont use measures, you definately get your value for money and they do amazing cocktails! theres two pools, one at the hotel and one across the road which is the one we went too and the pools brilliant with no fight for sunbeds, there was huge stacks of them so you could put them where you wanted. the staff are sooo helpful as we had problems with the transfers which were nothing to do with them but they helped us so much. the only bad things were the wasps! which the hotel cant help at all but its insane, even though i never got stung cos i just ignored them, i know so many people who had. the pool was absolutely freezing and i came home with a virus and i know that most people did as well. the entertainment was great for kids and even for us, i went with my boyfriend and were both 18 but we werent looking for clubs even though there is a few lively bars in the town but a long walk at night as the mini train doesnt run at night. we stayed by the hotel every night as the drinks were soo good and the entertainment was brill, we just wanted a cheap get away in the sun to just relax and it was the best holiday ever! bingo and a show every night. the rooms are very clean and get cleaned everyday by very friendly staff. would most definately return next year!!!!!!

Hi just got back on 1st september had a good time overall,The wasps are unreal they are in swarms! But we thought dont bother them they wont bother you, I was so wrong! first of all my one year old baby was stung on the hand and was sick all night. The next i day i was stung unexpectedly 3 times in the 1 day just ruined the holiday as a was scared to sun bathe.The hotel was OK we were a family of 4 in a 2 person room with a cot and a spare bed shoved in but we were told all rooms where the same so we settled down and since we only slept there it was fine. the food was really good always somthing for every ones taste salads where lovley n kids could hav chips pizza spag bol and loads more.The pool in the hotel was too deep for my kids ages 1 and 6 so we went across the road to the better pool every day was packed and bar only opend at 11 for drinks no food served atall there there was 3 wasps nexts in the womens loos at the pool so had to go across to hotel complaind but they said doing all they can use vinger on stings.
we had a good time as we went out most of the time mallorca is nice would go back but not to that hotel was priced corectly! hope this helps.
