Myself and three friends went to stay at Hotel
Pacific in September for ten days. Now, I am not a snob by any means, but this hotel is just simply horrendous.
Firstly, we arrived at 11am, to be told we couldn't check in our rooms until 2pm, even though the last airport pickup that morning had been at 10am....
When we got into our room which we thought was to be a double twin room, turned out to be two twin beds and a bunk bed! The room had one chair between 4 of us. The light in the hall didn't work, the light in the room only worked on one side making getting ready somewhat difficult! The switch also had a panel missing exposing wires.
The bunkbed (as I was on the bottom) had obscenities carved into the wood above me. The bath curtain stunk and the whole bathroom and bedroom cleanliness was awful. You couldn't swing a cat in the whole room it was that small. Also we didn't he any balcony furniture to even sit outside. The cleaners did not do a good job and the sheets were changed max twice the whole time. We were also given tatty towels with holes in.
We asked several times for a plastic table and some chairs as other rooms had them, just to be fobbed off with stupid excused to why we couldn't have them.
The staff were generally very unhelpful and rude with any questions we had, even simple ones about how to use the payphone.
At one point the room next to ours flooded (awesome Spanish plumbing) and when I went to reception, the whole ceiling was pouring with water and huge pieces of plaster and paint was falling off.
The food was ok but a bit boring, but I didn't really mind that. What I did mind was the restaurant staff clearing away my plate whilst I was still eating!! You have to buy drinks at dinner time, even on half board, and this includes water.
The only half decent things about the hotel were the air con and the guy who sells drinks at dinner time who wa polite.

Visited for first time, very dissapointed! Disgusting on every level. Food terrible. Limited food options. Lots of noisy people there. When we have arrived we have to 3 hours when we can come to our room so we wait at the recepiton for that time.Pool small and dirty no chance of getting sunbend until you put your towel at 5 am in the morning. The maid did not clean the rooms properly we where complaining to the receptionist they said the will sort it out but they didnt! they just put clean towels thats it. On the second we have woke up we was bitten by something so were noteless about it but we have been bitten every night then we found out that in our room are bedbugs so we went to tell them that we want change room so we have moved. The only thing which was good was the location near Eden club and west end. Also not a chance of sleep at night I know it is Ibiza but some people are trying to get some amount of sleep so never coming back to this hotel absolutely terrible.

In reading the reviews I thought this hotel was fine. The only problem I had was arriving at 05:30am to be told there was no room available which seriously p***ed me off, but eventually a room was found even though my name was not on the list (so between Low Cost Holidays & them. something went wrong). Breakfast & dinner was okay, I've had worse & i've had better. The hotel was clean, however the walls are very thin. The best bit was the location it was walking distance to Club Eden and Es Paradis and the west end and round the corner from the bus station so you could catch the Disco Bus. Basically thats what the holiday was about for me & that was clubbing - Great

I was looking forward to spending time at Hotel Pacific as the reviews were all really positive but I would strongly advise people not to stay there we came in one night and we were giggling and got chucked out of the hotel what we had paid for the security man called the police and I wouldn't mind but there's parties going on every night and he picked on four young girls the police even said it was a joke.
Food is awful too and the hotel itself isn't that clean!

During our stay at the end of June we found this hotel to be full of ignorant, mindless, arrogant hooligans. The food was not good, we stayed half board and to be honest it reminded me of school dinners (even the queing up and pushing in).
The pool was a complete let down, very small and shallow and you haven't much chance of getting a sunbed given the talls seem to remain on the beds the entire week by the same group of individuals referred to above.
On the positive side the staff are friendly and the maids bring fresh towels etc and clean your room every day. The hotel is central to most things which was helpful given you wouldn't want to spend too much time in it. Given we had no chance of using the pool we went to several lovely beaches, I would recommend hiring a car and going to any of the nearby beaches they were all beautiful!

hotel pacific was a brilliant hotel! me and 4 friends went for just a week at the end of august. The food was pretty good they had different stuff on every night, so no complaints about that. But that night porter needs to CHILL! yes okay it was 6.30am and we we had about 30 people in our room but hey its ibiza! and the maids are [--] at cleaning i was nearly tempted to do it myself ha! was a great location right beside Eden :D. The club reps were brill got us crackin deals 4 days out, booze cruises, clubs etc so DO THE PACKAGE THING! Going back next year to the same hotel but next time for 2 weeks. definetly recommend it! AMAZING!

me and my boyfriend stayed in the pacific in san antonio, we went 12th september and we both thought this hotel was fantastic. we were a little bit worried that the food wouldnt be any good but it was spot on. the breakfast on a mornin was a full fry up with fruit and toast and juice and the evening meal was great every night. they had something for everyone, all salad stuff then hot stuff every nite such as currys, chips. lasagne, fish, potatoes, spag bol, absolutely allsorts to chose from, also soup and bread for starters every nite and loads of fruit and deserts.
We saved an absolute fortune this holiday by going half board and we were very impressed with it.
The maids were in every day with clean towels and tidyed round.
The location was excellent. kind of rite behind Eden night club, which is very central because if u head off to the rite u got the west end then sunset bars, and up the left u got all the pre club bars, linekers, kfc bar m , all those. So the location was fantastic.
I can honestly say this hotel was great and will definately be staying here again. i would highly reccomend the pacific to young couples or groups of friends. all rooms have air con which is free and u hire the safety deposit box for ten euros. overall this hotel is superb!!!

When we first arrived it was about 6 oclock in the morning so the streets were empty and so was the hotel apart from a couple of casualties sleeping on benches just outside the hotel. so we were a bit like this isnt what we were expecting but it wasnt long before we seen the true side of ibiza! the hotel was always very clean, rooms were of high quality for a hotel in the centre of san antonio. Staff were all very friendly apart from one young spanish receptionist who clearly just hated his job. Neither me or my friend had any complaints apart from air conditioning would have been nice while we were trying to get ready to hit the west end at night. but whos going to complain about that i mean who goes to ibiza to sit in the hotel room! the pool area was also very clean but i must warn you if you do want a sun lounger you do need to get up at atleast 11 because there are only about 50 and they they snatched up quick. wasnt a problem for me though as im a big beach fan and the beach is just around the corner! as is eden es paride and the west end! i am returning to this hotel in august and cannot wait. its very important that you feel your possesions are safe whenever you leave your hotel room and in this hotel we did. in 2008 i stayed in another hotel in san antonio and was terrified everytime i went out as i had spoken to so many people who had had there rooms ransacked! i would reccomend this hotel to anyone. had a great holiday!!! also reps are very good at providing all the info for all the clubs and they will provide tickets so you know your not buyin fakes!!!!

Great place if your going for the atmosphere of ibiza and the music! Could do with a bit of evening entertainment if your not going out.
Food was ok could improve a bit only made breakfast once! but was lovely! Room's are very clean and are cleaned daily with fresh towels if you need them!
Staff friendly, Pool Very Very Cold!! Ha! lack of sun beds! wouldn't recommend it for familys with young children! It's in a Great Location! perfect for the night life yet far away enough to get a decsent night sleep! and the Bus station is a 5 mins walk away!

As a group of 5 lads, we had the bext holiday any of us have ever been on! Part of this was because of the excellent location of the Hotel Pacific. The staff, although not always the happiest, were helpful and polite which is all you can ask for. The cleanliness of the hotel was unquestionable and prompt maid service everyday was ideal - sometimes too prompt after a heavy night!
The food is not the best by any means, however the food from the snack bar was quite good. The restaurant food wasnt great but you cant have everything!!
With the hotel situated a 5 min walk from the West End, this holiday was amazing!! The hotel kindly placed 3 excellent girls in between our two rooms and we got on like a house on fire!!
This holiday will certainly be one that we will never forget and will remember the Hotel Pacific for all the right reasons!!
Definitely recommended, and will return in the future!!!
