We stayed here last year, it was excellent, the staff looked after us very well, and my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter came too.
Nothing was too much bother, even having all that goes with a dialysis patient, which they wholeheartedly accepted for my granddaughter. The rooms were very clean, couldn’t wish for a better place, right on the beach, everything within easy reach, shops, bars and restaurants.
Would highly recommend Tsilivi Beach Hotel. Hoping to be there again this year.

One of the best hotels in the resort. Check-in on arrival was a bit slow and disorganised as the rooms weren't quite ready, but apart from that everything went well.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable with good swimming pools and only minutes from the excellent beach.
Breakfast was provided in the adjacent Boat House restaurant/taverna which was also excellent, as were the lunches and dinners that we frequently ate there as well. The waiters were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel's own mini-market (open from 7 am till late) offered a range of items at reasonable prices.
Everything was on hand, although the resort itself had plenty of other restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.
Definitely recommended for a quiet, relaxing holiday!

I thought this hotel was absolutely brilliant.
Minor complaints:
- the kitchen utensils and facilities in the room were very basic and could do with refurbishment
- the maid sometimes left the balcony door open
- there were some loud Russian guests who liked to talk a lot and loudly at the poolside
But those were the only complaints I had.
If you're looking for 5 star facilities then go somewhere else and pay 5 star prices!! Location was second to none.
It's literally on the beach - there is only the bar/restaurant between the beach and the hotel. The rooms were kept clean.
The pool area is big. There are two pools, one with a long shallow slope ideal for little kids, and a smaller pool with a net set up in it for impromptu games.
Staff were ALL very friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to have you stay on their island. It is not brash and noisy outside the hotel, as it is situated down a quiet road.
But with only 5 minutes walk you are on the main street of the resort with plenty of bars/restaurants/nightlife.
It might not suit those who like to go clubbing till 6 a.m. as there are only 2 or 3 discos in town but I'm in my forties and all I want is good food and lively bars.
I was there with my girlfriend as a couple, but it's a good place for people with young or teenage families.
The island itself is lovely. We took a cruise around the island with stop-offs for swimming in little bays.
I'd love to go back - can't manage this year but maybe next - and when I do, I'll go back to this hotel. I can't recommend it enough.

Very disappointed with this hotel.
Room was small and dirty, self catering facilities very poor. We did not receive the free gifts we were promised as a honeymoon couple, even after asking for them.
Pool was dirty and used glasses were left by poolside for days, not very safe with children running around!
Staff were rude and unhelpful. Hotel supermarket is overpriced and not well stocked at all.
Would visit resort again but definitely not this hotel.

What a great spot for your holiday to start the hotel It is situated right on the beach and the view is marvelous The locals are very friendly The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size, the main pool is quite large, and there is also a medium pool & a separate children’s pool, & it has its own Taverna that serves very good food, try the steak with banana mmm, to the right of the hotel on the beach is a smashing bar that does great food & drink try the tuna salad.
The hotel has its own small supermarket a bit basic but it does the job & a washing service, the Breakfast is typical Greek yogo with nuts but very nice when sitting on the balcony in the sun, the town centre is about 4 mins walk from the hotel just the right distance away, but there are a few bars on the way and you can also walk along the beach where there are quite a few bars and restaurants.
There are many day trips on the island but the adjoining village has an English car hire firm & he is brilliant go to him every morning and he will draw you out a route with things you want to see & do he shows you all the places you would never find without his knowledge I cannot recommend this man enough, he made our holiday, plus he is no dearer than most of the other car hire companies.
Zante is a wonderful island all year round but if you want something special go in June when you can swim with the turtles it's something you will never forget.
So if you want a great hotel with a large swimming pool that is right on the beach with a great taverna then you know where to go.

Great location right on the beach, friendly staff & a lovely pool area complete with popular free sun loungers.
The food at the hotel restaurant is lovely and there is plenty of choice. The milkshakes are great! Good for families and also for kids. The hotel is a little way out of the centre of the resort but this makes for a nice evening walk into the main area where there are plenty of tavernas, restaurants and bars to spend the night.
Plenty of choice ranging from MacDonald’s to more traditional tavernas catering for every choice of food.

Very friendly, small island with barely any trouble, a great place for a family holiday, in 2 weeks I only heard one siren & that turned out to be an ambulance. The locals all speak moderate English.
The hotel is clean and friendly & is a large complex with a large pool, a medium pool & a separate children’s pool. It is situated right on the beach & has its own Taverna that serves food & drink all day & night there is no loud music except for the occasional karaoke. The hotel has its own small supermarket & clothes washing service, the B & B has a European theme breakfast but if an English breakfast is required you can’t beat the taverna. The island has many excursions including boat trips to see the turtles, dolphins & Wales so you'll never be bored unless you want to be!
I have returned to the Tsilivi Beach Hotel with my family every year for the last 3 years & even flew home with a surprise extra addition to my family the first year we were there, she is now 2 years old and has been there twice herself with 3 of her brothers & sisters & they all thoroughly enjoy it. We are all due to fly out again in a couple of months time so ‘Antio’ (good-bye) for now.

This hotel is a really nice and relaxing property, clean and with friendly staff who are happy to help at any time! Rooms were very clean and have great views to the sea and pool, situated on the beach and within 2 minutes walk of shops etc.
The only thing I would say is that the breakfast can get repetitive if you’re there for longer than a week! Although I could definitely go back, this was my second trip to Zante and I would say that self catering would be a better option as there are so many good quality restaurants, in Tsilivi you could eat at a different one every night and the prices are very reasonable. Car hire is very cheap so better to book when your there.
Would recommend the boat trip for turtle spotting! A great day out.
Overall an excellent hotel great for every one of all ages!

Just got back yesterday. Had a great holiday with my two children.
The hotel was very clean with good facilities; the pools are great, very safe for younger and older children. Hotel staff very helpful. The guys in the boat house taverna were very friendly and the service was very good.
Would love to go back but understand it’s going to be all inclusive next year so we'll see...
