Piccolo Mondo Hotel

Hotel Piccolo Mondo is a beautiful family run hotel where nothing is too much trouble. the rooms were spacious, ours at the front of the hotel overlooking the gardens had an enormous balcony, and from this you could see the mountains (Dolomites).
Food was very good and there is a wellness centre on site. We did not partake of any of the treatments but others did and said the staff were very knowledgeable and professional. the pool area is beautiful, lovely gardens with loungers and shaded areas if needed.
You can partake of bar snacks in the pool area. Entertainment at the hotel when we were there was limited to a piano player, we however ventured down the town to the open air concert, which wasn’t too bad.
Torbole itself is quiet with not a lot of entertainment, it is a windsurfer’s paradise though, and we enjoyed watching these guys whilst having lunch at one of the lakeside bar/restaurants. Of course from Torbole you can visit all the other towns/villages on Lake Garda. The ferries are cheap and you can hop on and off as you please.
