Osiris Hotel

We stayed here in june we asked for a seaview room and got just that the views were fantastic , having said that it is right beside a very busy roadand the traffic is very noisy at all times it never stops even when the patio doors was closed it did,nt make that much difference,the room itself is great if your like me and like a lot of natural light and sunshine then this is a bonus , there is ample storage ,the bathroom is good too, but there are two things which let this hotel down first there is no fridge now this i could,nt understand you you could,nt have a nice cold beer or a glass of wine, and during the night if you needed a drink of water it was warm ,, second thing there is only one socket in room and one in bathroom this does,nt sound like a big deal come to think of it this is probably why there,s no fridge anyway if these things would,nt bother you than i would highly recommend staying here it is spotless throughout the pool area is really nice and the beach is the first thing you see when you open the curtains the staff are friendly this good hotel could be a brilliant hotel if it got soundproof glazing and fridge in rooms all in all i think its still a great little hotel with great rates OH and by the way one of the reviews says the osiris has no lift IT DOES,,

My partner and I have been to this hotel for the last 4 years. We have often gone a couple of times a year. We originally stayed in the Hawai. Which was a mare! This hotel is just behind it. It has large spacious bedrooms. Which are simple and pleasantly decorated. The air conditioning is fab. We love the location, which is a stroll around the bay to the hussle and bussle of San Antonio. Its in easy reach of the action but quiet to return back to at the end of a good night out. This hotel allows you to return any time but to respect others staying there too. I do agree that the food can become tiresome. But in my opinion, no matter which star rating hotel you stay in. We all become bored of the food. Sometimes its just beans on toast we want! With paying a fair price to stay, do not feel bad eating out as often as one wants. We find the staff pleasant and friendly. Its St Bartram day is 24th August which boasts an excellent fire works display which normally starts at midnight. Brilliant. We've boked to go back on 18/8 for 2 weeks.. Yipee.. This is a low key pleasant and chilled out 2 star hotel, that doesn' pretend to be anything else.....

Our holiday did not get off to a good start.. we booked via the internet through travel republic. We originally booked another hotel in the bay, which was rated 3/4*, a week before we were due to fly to ibiza, travel republic rang to tell us this hotel was still under refurb!!! We ended up in the osiris, and were advised before we left that it was a 3 star. arrived at approx midnight and were greeted by the receptionist who was not expecting our arrival, she did not have any record of us and did not have any rooms prepared! We then had to carry our large suitcases upstairs (there are no lifts) and had to find our tiny little hotel room with a tiny balcony. Nice. We then discovered the hotel was actually a two star. We paid way over the odds for this basic hotel. Also a word of warning- the food is terrible. We spent 2 nights in this tiny room which was fit for a couple at a squeeze but not for two sisters!! we were then moved to a room which was alot bigger with a fair sized balcony. However we were looking over the other hotel, which is pretty close and also a 4*. Good points of the Osiris are that it is clean and the maid service is regular. Ive read other reviews which state the service was good/excellent. I disagree, we did not have a welcome or a thankyou or Goodbye. Although there was one lovely spanish receptionist who would have a chat and roll his eyes when we came strolling in at 7 in the morning!! I think if we had planned to stay in the osiris, we would have expected this type of service from a 2 star hotel. However we originally planned to stay in a very nice hotel and ended up here. Dont expect too much, its clean and basic. The location is excellent though, a nice stroll from the town, near Bar M and this cool cocktail bar which also does nice breakfasts and sarnies looking over the sea. My advice is; Do not book a holiday via travel republic. Absolutely Terrible. Ibiza is fabulous though and no hotel could have spoilt our time here!! going again this year and NOT staying in the osiris. Adios Osiris!!!

Excellent hotel! We've just booked our 4th stay with them. I've stayed in a few hotels, 1 other Antonio and 1 in Talamanca. The Osiris was half the price and double the quality of the Hostel Talamanca. With larger rooms, better aircon and friendlier staff. Perfect for all age groups. Would also recommend booking direct to save money. first time i booked through expedia while a friend booked direct and got a better deal. You can't go wrong.

Stayed at the Osiris in July 2006 - would highly recommend it to people of all ages. The rooms were very spacious and clean - the air-con was fantastic (couldn't have done without it). The staff are friendly and very helpfull. The pool was clean and it was never hard to find a spare sunbed (even though the hotel was full). Location is excellent - a short 10 min walk into San Antonio - over the road from a nice clean beach and within easy access to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars (especially Trev's Bar) across the road - a favourite of ours!! Would definately stay there again!

I just wanted to say that we had a fab time when we stayed here in July 2006. The rooms are spacious and the air con is great! The staff are friendly and helpful and the pool area is nice and clean. The hotel location is great for a bit of everything, walking distance to the bars in the bay and a longer walk to Ibiza town. Would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed at the hotel Osiris in September 2004. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. When I first arrived (late at night) I was very unhappy at we were on the ground floor and I didn't think we would be safe, but as soon as I woke up the next day and the sun was shining I realised it was all fine and the room was basic but we weren't going to be spending all day there! Just across from the beach and a lovely stroll to San Antonio Town it has a great location. Some good bars on the promenade too. Can't wait to go back to Ibiza and would definately consider staying here again!

Everything about the hotel was lovely and we would definately go there again. Overall, this is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in ibiza, we had a fantastic week. All staff very friendly and give an excellent service. Hotel kept spotlessly clean in all areas. Pool also clean, the rooms were spotless and with air-condition, the maids did a great job clearing up after us, the room was with a balcomy overlooking a quiet garden in the back of the hotel. Location was convenient, situated in a quiet area in San Antonio Bay and just a short walk from town center. Excellent value.

Stayed in Osiris Hotel July 2005. We were a large group and had several rooms. All our rooms were very clean and either had balconies or terraces, although the size of rooms varied. The hotel have just installed air conditioning units in all rooms, remote controls available from reception at no charge. TV remotes are also now in all rooms with no charge. The location is excellent, across the road from the beach. Beach was lovely with soft sand and clear sea. Hotel is also located at the end of the new promenade with runs along the bay into the heart of san an, about a 10-15 min stroll. Breakfast buffet had good selection of hot and cold food & drinks, although fresh fruit not included. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we were directed several times to nearest bar, cash point, supermarket plus we were given a courtesy room at no extra charge on the last day. Overall this hotel is good, clean, great location with a nice pool. Book direct with hotel through their website for cheaper prices than travel agents. I would highly recommend this hotel but don't expect luxury, hotel Bellamar next door is a higher star hotel with same amenities.

The rooms were larger than I expected in a spanish style theme... no complaints there. The bathroom... well everytime we look a shower the bathroom would flood with water. It would have been good to know that the water we were bathing in was salt water... but I hear it's like that all over the island b/c of a fresh water shortage. The buffet was terrible it reminded me of elementary school cafateria food, but ont he other hand we had a very cool patio in our room where we could relax and eat fruit. Another thing that I did not like was that there was no a/c and to rent a fan there was a large deposit amount and that was the same for the television remote. After all is said and done I a still glad that we stayed at this hotel. 1. it's one block from the beach 2. the room was just so charming! (not the bathroom) :) If they just fixed the bathroom and stopped charging to use the remote and fan then it would have been a much more pleasant experience.
