Jus got back from a 6 nite stay as a group of 21. We didnt have any major problems with the hotel, none of our rooms were broken into. But make sure you use a safety deposit box as a precaution. It was an ideal hotel for what we wanted somehere to chill and drink all day long and crash out when we finished partying! what can I say the food isnt brill and wasnt exactly hot but you could find something to eat. the drinks are fine and they do have plenty of choice just depends what you drink. Was a pain checking 4am the guy doesnt speak much english but if you give him a chance he can be sound with you he was very sweet to us. The walk into the west end is only aroun 10mins not far at all but taxi's are only 5 euro to get home if your legs cant make it after partying! Defo not a family hotel but we were more than happy with it as a cheap AI in Ibiza.

Me and two girls stayed at this hotel, when we arrived it wasnt even the hotel they showed us at the travel agents. The staff who worked there were so unhelpful and all really moody! Except for a lady and guy from behind the bar. The travel agents told us it was only 5 minutes into the clubs but every night we had to walk about 45 minutes so we spent a fortune on taxis! The food was ok, but it was the same thing pretty much every day. The sunbeds had cracks in them too which was very uncomfortable. The last night we arrived home about 5.30am, as soon as we got in to our room the security guard came into the room without knocking and told us to be quiet even though we werent even being noisy, when we told him to go away he came back about 15 minutes later with the police!!! When we opened the door the guard had told the police we tried breaking into our own room??? When we looked at the door it was broken on the bottom and someone had tried getting in! We were traveling back home at 7 am and by this time it was 6am. The police told us if we didnt pay £150 we would have to stay in Ibiza and be arrested! TOTAL Rip off!! We couldnt believe we had to pay for something we didnt even do!! Other than the hotel Ibiza was amazing and party people will love the clubs it was amazing, but if you do stay here DO NOT put your money in the safe and hide it in your room but PLEASE be careful, you cant trust anyone there. Two people were staying in the same hotel at the same time as us and someone got into the room with a key and stole things from their room!! But just make the most of it!! ha!

we stayed here for ten days august and on our second day our room was broken into and robbed on our second day along with 7 other rooms were they took iphones ipods money bank cards cameras. The police and hotel did sod all just tell you to write a report. On our last night we returned to the hotel to find we had been broken into again and all our stuff had been thrown everywhere and gone through along with two other rooms and again nothing was done about it. It was an absolute joke!!!! apart from that though the pool was nice the rooms were clean our room had a kitchen in it to. The all inclusive meals were very repetative and the drinks where not amazing.

This has got to be one of the most awful hotels i have ever stayed in. Do not stay in this hotel if it is the last one available in san antonio. We, along with many others in the hotel got ransacked and robbed of everything and the hotel did absolutely nothing to help us or anyone else. We had to ask for the police to be brought in as the night staff didn't want to get involved. No one came up to see if we required any help at any time. Many of the people in the hotel believe that due to the fact that there was no evidence of breakins from either patio door or main door someone had been letting the robbers in. Do not use the safes as these are not secure either. The food is rubbish and the staff and management unhelpful. If you do stay here then please request a room not above the restaurant as there is a patio area directly next to these rooms on the first floor which doesnt help security.

i urge anyone thinking of booking up in this hotel to reconsider, me and dozons of people have had their belongings stolen. I went back to my room on the first day there to find my suitcase had been torn into with a knife and lost £250 worth of euros and my bank card, this was happening to other people that were arriving there that week.
The manager and staff did not seem to care or want to investigate it, with that and the fact that there was no sign of a break in to anyone's room makes me believe that it was an inside job.
The food there is discusting, if it wasn't for the fact that i lost all my money for the week i would of ate out all the time.
Do not book your hotel here it will be the worst holiday of your life!

i have just got back from the la sirena hotel in ibiza. the hotel was very clean and tidy. the housekeepers cleaned our room every day which was great, we was given clean towels every day as long as you put them on your bathroom floor and not left them over the balcony. the staff was fantastic lovely people. the only thing that we didnt agree with was the food, there was not much to choose from and it was mainly the same every day. whilst me and friends was there all aged from 22 to 25 we lived on rice chips cheese and bread. its not reali for kids as there isnt anything for them to do. other than that everything was brilliant. ibiza is the place to go weather was gorgous!

The reception was very good & the rooms were OK for a base, but we went self catering & there was a very small area behind 2 doors for what was supposed to be the kitchen. Only a Hotplate with 2 plates, NO toaster, kettle took about 10 - 15mins to heat, so even if we wanted to self cater in the appartment, it would have been impossible.
Although the air con did not work when we paid the deposit for the controller & if you lent sideways when sitting on the toilet it nearly tipped into the bath, after telling reception both jobs were done within a very short time. But these things should have been done before us arriving.
Good swimming pool but the edge was of a rough surface & our 7 yr old Grandaughter cut her chin on it & had to have 7 stiches in it.
Most of the Sun lounges around the pool had broken slats just where you sat or laid.
When we wanted to book a taxi at reception in the morning we were leaving, the Night staff man did not speak or seam to understand english, but the daytime staff were excellent, very pleasant & helpfull & spoke good english.
Also we were asked if we wanted a SEA VIEW @ £70 extra, THERE IS NO SEA VIEW, Hotel is not near the sea.

I have just arrived back from stopping at hotel club sirena in ibiza. I stayed for 9 nights with my husband and I felt that after reading all the reviews on this hotel that I really needed to say somethings in its favour. On arriving early evening the guy on the reception soon sorted our room for us ,his English was exellent we paid 10 euro deposit for the remote control for the air con and we also had a safe which was 3 euro a day plus 10 euro deposit which we got back at the end of our holiday. The room was spotlessly clean although the bathroom was a little bit small. The cleaners came in every day towels and bedlin changed. Also fridge and small kitchenette in room which is unusual. We stayed All inclusive and have to admit for a 2 star complex we could not grumble for what was on the menu, most days there was fish, meat or chicken with varied pasta and rice with salad every day.snacks on the bar and ice cream.
The swimmingpool was wonderful and cleaned every morning. There were plenty of sunbeds but some were cracked. As for the staff we found they were very friendly and most could speak good English.
We are a couple in ourlate 40's early 50's and we found that 95% of the people staying here were young groups of people and also a stag party, but I have to say on the whole they were all well behaved and we didn't hear much noise when they were coming in from the clubs.

After paying over the top in my own opinion for a holiday to "la sirena" we arrived to a completly different hotel from what we were sold in the travel agents. The staff were unresponisve and extremely rude due to the fact they barely spoke english, especially the nightwatch receptionist. This hotel is ment for young people, its ibiza we are young we r going to make noise!! but not for this lot, u make a peep of noise at night and the security guard will jus waltz into you room like he owns the place. it gets btr though... we were without water for a day and a half and when we asked when it would be fixed we got a shrug of the shoulder and ignored. on our arrival and once we had got over the fact it was the wrong hotel we asked to upgrade to all inclusive. we called the travel agents and complained and they said they would sort us a deal with the hotel due to the price we paid, we were refused due to the fact tht we had complained so many times to reception and had bugged him so wen our travel agents called we were described to them as being a nusense! also on arrival we immediately noticed there was power cuts say every hour which can be really annoying when tryin to get ready. the food was ok pretty basic and bland nothing to get excited about and the drink if there is any left was cheapest of the cheapest and if ur not all inclusive will dent ur pocket for a crappy small measure. all in all the hotel and staff were terrible. defo will stay away from this hotel in future!!

I have just got back from a 4 night stay along with a group of 21 lads on holiday for a stag doo!
All of the staff were really friendly, the food was ok and the hotel rooms was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided!
We had no problems with our rooms being broken into, but i would advise getting a security box to be on the safe side!
All in all the hotel was brilliant for what we needed and i would recommend it for a cheap and cheerful holiday.
