Good hotel and very pleasant staff.
Rooms very nice and cleaned every day.
Food and it variety was sufficient and in decent quality and quantity. Offer can be described as - English Breakfast.
Hotel recommended for people that want to make trips into Old Town and other parts of the island.
Very good base for trips due to short distance to town and all bus and car transpotration possibilities.
Not recommended for type of client that want mainly to stay on beach and gettin tanned on sun.
Beach is right acros the street but only local public beach without facilities expected usually on beaches in big tourist resorts. Good for take a bath in sea and rest a while after a day on trip around the island.

OK if you dont want frills or need your bed to be changed to clean sheets on arrival.
OKI if you dont mind crossing a dual carriageway currently in construction between hotel and beach.
Area is run down and frequented by stray dogs who enter hotel pool area and wait outside hotel entrance to be fed by clients.
Food geared towards Russian and Eastern European taste who are main clientel of hotel
Staff are pleasant and reception staff particularly helpful

This hotel is 'ok' if you just want someone to lie your head for the night. It's about a 10 minute walk to the old town and has not so nice views of building work!
The room was clean however and for £40 a night you can’t really complain.
Pool packed unless you get there early. Wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel was ok, reception and bar staff helpful and pleasant, can't say the same for waiting staff as we weren't Easern European! The room was clean and comfortable. The view was of a building, unfinished.
The food lacked imagination, very little fresh fruit i.e: no fresh fruit at breakfast and if it was on the menu at dinner time, there was only one choice.
On the whole not a very nice area. Would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone. Stray dogs are a problem too, hanging around the entrance area. Would definitely recommend hiring a car. Car hire is available in the hotel from an independent firm and worked out to be very good value for us as we were able to look for better beaches and areas.
Definitely won't be rushing back to Rhodes any time soon!
