I booked a double room in this hotel a few weeks in advance.
I received e-mail confirmation and a deposit was taken from my credit card. So you can imagine my surprise when I arrived and the receptionist told me she had no record of my booking and that they were fully booked on this night. I told her about the e-mail confirmation and she told me they don't always check the e-mails and the confirmation is automatic. Then I mentioned about the deposit taken from my credit card. At this point she 'realised' that they were not fully booked but all they had left was a twin room. As I had nowhere else to go, I took it.
The room itself was nice and clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was a slow process and wasn't that great. Not good value for money.
