Our first visit to this resort was an excellent experience! The hotel lobby was large and airy with plenty of places to sit and relax.
Our apartment was basic but clean, and with sea view, although at a distance. The pool was by far the best feature of the whole stay. The barman, Iillios, was always there with a smile and a joke, and we made a good friend of him. He even came out with us on his night off to show us around the bars... lovely chap..!
We went to this resort for a total chill out holiday, and we were not at all disappointed. Best restaurant was 'The Sagittarius' Donna and Manos are lovely people, we had breakfast there most mornings, and ate there a couple of times at night. Seriously think we will be back in the not too distant future. ! BEV and Jackie.

We booked the apartments through the internet, www.sunset-apartments.co.uk
I have to say that this was the best holiday we have ever had. The accommodation was fantastic, spotlessly clean. The kids were never out of the pool, and the beach was only minutes walk from our accommodation.
Everyone we met were friendly. We ate at the Istanbul and Pinachios restaurants, the staff couldn't do enough for us. They even offered to drive us back to the apartments at the end of the evening, (could you imagine that happening in a restaurant in England!).
I would definitely recommend using sunset-apartments again to anyone thinking of having a holiday in Turkey.

We, myself, my partner and our 3 children went on holiday to Altinkum (Turkey) in July this year. It was FANTASTIC! We all had a GREAT TIME. The sea was a clear blue-green perfectly calm and our children delighted in being able to watch the fish swimming, while we relaxed and played with them.
The food was lovely, from the loaves of fresh bread we bought in the morning from the local store near our apartment, to the beautiful meals we ate at the local restaurants in the evenings.
Our favourite was The Istanbul which we returned to frequently throughout our holiday. Whether it was to have a drink or a meal the staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us, making us feel comfortable and relaxed. Even at times when they were extremely busy they always made the time to make a fuss of our children and make sure everything was ok.
THE PEOPLE, THE FOOD, THE CLIMATE, BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPES, CLEAN/SAFE BEACHES AND SEA made it a lovely holiday. We would recommend it to anyone- the only slightly un-nerving thing was probably riding in the taxis, but it all added to the experience, so much so, that the worst part was having to come home!
