Petinos Beach Hotel

I reserved the hotel online, through Expedia, for 9 days at a rate of 71.00 US a night.
When I arrived, I was shuffled off to a second hotel and was told that I did not make the reservation for the Petinos Beach Hotel, but instead for the Petinos Hotel Resort Complex. I told them The that was not true and proceeded to show the owner how I made the reservation. He told me that there was a mistake with Expedia, and that he could not honour my reservation unless I wanted to pay and additional 150.00 US.
This hotel does this all the time.
I heard from another guest at the hotel that they did the same thing to them.
If you are American, be sure to understand that the owner made it clear that he does not like you.
The air conditioning didn't work, and they never came to fix it.
The maids woke us up two mornings while arguing with each other outside our room. The internet service that was supposed to be available wasn't. The breakfast was supposed to be served by the pool wasn't and the hotel doesn't even have a beach. The hotel is ocean front, but it sits upon rocks and you must go to the public beach and pay for chairs if you plan to enjoy the water.
