I recently had the opportunity to visit Chamonix and whilst there stumbled across a chalet in the middle of being carefully renovated to a fantastic standard.
The chalet which is just a short walk from the town will be open for this years winter and the English owners will provide a catered chalet with an excellent ambience.
The views from all rooms are breathtaking with Mount Blanc set as the backdrop.
I have already booked for a week this March and will review what I find as soon as I return
