Hedonism II

Went to Hedo May 23-26, 2004 with a friend. Had a great time! Both brave Hedo virgins, we booked a room on the nude side. Spent most of the first couple days floating around in the ocean mornings and afternoons. Towards the end, we spent more time at the nude pool socializing with people. Everyone is so friendly! well, My roomate and I just arrived back last night from Hedo 2...we are both 26. I have to say it was a bit more than I expected it to be...but it was also the most entertaining vacation I have ever been on. What other resort can you see constant open nakedness and open sex 24 hours a day???? It can be a non stop fun, crazy sex party....or you can go the route we did and just do your own thing....lay on the beach, have one of the wonderful cocktails, and talk to the locals......The jamaicans that work at the resort are very fun....<br... more

If you have enjoyed holidays in the Carribbean before at all-inclusive hotels then you may well be disappointed. Food in the main restaurant is inconsistent and sometimes quite poor. The other restaurants are much better except for the Italian. The beach bar is located right at the end of the beach which is a long walk from the main drag. Service is often grumpy at the beach bar and there is no menu or suggestions of what you might like to try. Beach towels are not always availabe. My boyfriend and I just returned from Hedo II (June 1-5). It was my first time, and I was very apprehensive about the trip for obvious reasons. Everyone has so much to say about this place! We are in our 30s and were looking to drink, laugh and meet cool, outgoing people. We spent the first few days on the Prude side (I hadn't planned on going nude at all) but the place was empty! This place is a dump. You have to beg housekeeping to change your bedding and you share a bathroom with ants. I have been to Jamaica several times previously and enjoyed stays at Jamaica Grande and the Wyndom Rosehall both of which I highly recommend.

This was my husband and I newbie trip to Hedonism II. I will tell you right now, we have been on trips and I have read SO many reviews and never wrote one. After this vacation to HEDO, I had to write one to share our experience! Wife and I have been to Hedo II 6 times. WE loved the openess of Hedo. Made some good friends there. Hedo is whatever you want it to be from mild to wild. If you want to get lost for a while--where noone knows you or what you do this the place. "Be Wicked For A Week" is what they say and is not a bad idea. There are many straight laced people who go there to be a little naughty and return home to their normal live with a wicked grin on their face. People from all walks of life there. My husband and I visited Hedo for the second time and once again, loved our stay! The food quality improved from last year and we liked having a tv in our room! We spent all of our time on the nude side this year and met some of the most incredible people who really made our stay a most pleasurable one! My best friend and I went to Hedo II to celebrate our 40 birthdays together. WE HAD A BLAST!! Just returned yesterday from HedoII. My husband and I were there for 8 wonderful days. The weather was perfect, only rained 1 night for about an hour. This was our 3rd time at HedoII. The service was great, the entertainment staff is a blast!! Winston, Rose & Foxy are an asset to this resort. We stayed in one of the remodeled rooms, they now have TV's, not that we watched it.
