More than a two star from jrainbow
Very nice hotel and pool, very clean and comfortable. Good position in resort, quiet, but close to everything. Fridge in room, at no extra cost. Staff friendly and helpful. Evening meal lets it down. Would recommend.

Having stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions over the past few years, I have nothing but praise for the staff.Both my wife and I have never had a complaint in the way our wishes are considered and achieved.Each time that we have visited we have noticed improvements as the management strive to rennovate various aspects of the rooms,pool and hotel generally. My wife is disabled and at times has to remain in the room all day and night but as always the staff have been very concerned and have attended our every need. Having stayed in a number of hotels in Turgutreis over the past 10 -12 years I cannot fault the Reishan.

Room allocated was a little cold and dark - at start of season - so we agreed to pay upgrade to top floor with lovely terrace and stunning views over Turgutreis. We asked for some terrace furniture to enjoy views - none forthcoming - so we gave that up. Apartment fittings were very basic. All in all - nice location, lovely views from top floor, but fittings outdated including very variable shower. Biggest disappointment was the laissez faire attitude of the staff - obviously not interested in customer service. Some local building work still ongoing through to end of May.
Excellent stay at the Reishan from normant18
My wife Gwyneth and I stayed at the Reishan from the 5-20 Sept 05, and we can not praise the staff from the Manager down to the cleaners enough. From the moment you check in, until the time you leave, you are made very welcome and the service is first class. You are ideally situated for the marina/park/beach and the centre of town. Just down the road from the hotel you have the dolmus station, so you can jump on a bus to wherever takes your fancy. Should we ever go back to Turgutreis, we shall definitely book into the Reishan.

This was a small very well run and friendly hotel. Very comfortable and the management happy to resolve any issues you may have. Food was very good, limited choice but well presented and very fresh. Location was great lovely marina across road and beautiful park out to left of hotel. Definately recommend Turkish bath we had great laugh. Would definately return.
Reishan - an absolutely wonderful place from Julie054
We visited Turgutreis and stayed at the Reishan Hotel in June 05 after being transferred from a hotel approximately 9 kms away from Turgetreis. The staff were so helpful and warm, we never wanted to leave. The rooms are gorgeous and smell so lovely. Really comfortable and the furnishings are well co-ordinated. The food is very good and the music in the bar varies during the week so that everyone is catered for. Even Jazz lovers! Extremely clean and very well located - just 5 minutes walk from the centre. It's virtually across the road from the new cosmopolitan harbour. The staff made the holiday one of the best I've had and I shall certainly be returning! In fact, I would not consider staying anywhere else in Turkey.

i thought the reishan hotel was one of the best hotels in turgutreis. Every person we talked to over there said we were in the best hotel aswell. the hotel is in a fantastic area set back just off the main road it is quite but 2 minutes out of the hotel is the big supermarket, and 5 minutes down the road is the town.the rooms get cleaned everyday and the staff are very helpful and friendly. cant wait untill i come back in april to see all of you miss you bi xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This holiday was a last minute deal, so we were a little apprehensive. However we were delighted with the accommodation, very clean, and nicely decorated. Me and my partner were made to feel very welcome. The staff at the hotel, really made a effort to speak English, and helped us to improve our Turkish. We were on half board basis, the food was excellent, varied dishes each evening. A lot of Turkish families holidayed at the hotel, which i found to be a compliment to the management. There were a few other English families to, all seeming to have a great time. The hotel has a weekly barbeque, lots of great food and a Belly dancer, a great night had by all, especially my partner,( up belly dancing.) Two good swimming pools, one heated. Good location, near beach, supermarket, restaurants etc. brilliant holiday set in a beautiful resort. Can’t wait to return.
