Just got back (08/08/09) from a two week stay at the Oasis Hotel, Marmaris. All of the staff are very friendly and the rooms are kept clean with the maid in every day to change the towels etc. The rooms are not huge but were enough for what we wanted....

The Oasis Hotel was a bit dated in appearance but about standard for a 3 star in Turkey. The Staff were friendly but not too over the top, they seemed to understand how to treat people according to mood, if that makes sense.

Advice: Marmaris is great for Sun sea and a very good time.
Activities: Our favorite activity was the jeep safri a short bit in to it was a huge water fight it was great.

Advice: Always haggle when you are buying in shops apart from supermarkets
Activities: Andys Restaurant on the Main Street is excellent. Also you must have a turkish bath, so relaxing
