This is my 5th time in Turkey, and everytime I was always satisfied. This is my worst Vacation and this hotel should not be offered to vacationist. I have never experienced this kind of vacation, for one week I have never tasted a meat, small room, no comfort, food doesnt taste at all, plastic glass, dirty plates and spoon, etc. Everyday is the same meal offered. Its a nightmare to stay in this hotel. This hotel is just like a town hotel for bed and breakfast, for backpacker.

We booked through Bookable Holidays...

We booked through Bookable Holidays and were at the Hotel at the same time as the other two July 2008 reports and can only confirm what has been stated. We arrived about 7am in time to look at an awful room, which we later changed for an equally bad room, and then Breakfast complete with hundreds of Wasps, who had taken residence under the cling film wrapping of the cheeses and meats. We found that as stated the breakfasts consisted mainly of the evening befores' left overs including cold chips. The bathroom was dirty and the shower cubicle did not look as though it had been cleaned for years with grime in the ridges and when the two small bars of soap had been used they were not replaced and so we had to buy some!!!! 4 star eh!! The balcony was small and when you sat on the chairs you could not look over the railings as they were a foot higher than you. They advertised a free courtesy bus to the beach where you were charged 2 euros return!!! The first week there were 3 English couples, and the second week there were just us. The others mainly Russian, German, Dutch, who were the most RUDEST people you would ever like to meet, manners were non existent to say the least. The Hotel reception was a joke in that hardly any of the staff could speak English, so it was very difficult to communicate with. There was no REP there to speak to, which we did not know about beforehand. The Waiters although could not get your order right, unless you were wearing a short skirt, had to endure the most terrible torture from the rabble there. The Restaurant Manager was very obliging and without him and a few of the waiters our Holiday would have been a complete disaster. We would not even give it 1 star and advise you to steer well clear. Someone tried to break into our room on the last evening. There was no dress code for evening meals and people were attending with T shirts and sarongs over swimwear. One man even tried to sit down not even wearing a top!!!!! 4 star eh!! The place, Kemer is a great shopping area along with the beach but the Hotel was appalling.

Me and my partner booked what we thought would be a great holiday in the sun in a supposed 4star hotel only to find when we arrived at gone 11oclock at night, a very surley and rude welcoming. Only about 2 mewmbers of staff could speak english and even that was very broken making it exceptionaly hard to give even the simplest of instructions. They treat you like something theyve troden in and what theyve troden in is the food, which i may add i wouldnt feed to my dog. certenly not what you would expect when paying well over a grand for 4star all inclusive.
My partner got food poisening twice during our stay from the hotel food. on more than 1 occasion the meat was raw in the middle, and all the meals were constructed from left overs from the previouse meals with no variation.
all the included drinks were flat, old and warm not what right holidays had addvertised, and ordering them was about as easy as dog doing heart surgery.
the room would of been cleaner if we had dumped a pile of toxic waste on the floor. i am supprised we didnt catch mrsa from the shower or toilet seat as both were disgusting, which is supprising as the cleaners couldnt wait to let themselfs in.
me and my partner are wrighting this report from the hotels internet room which weve had to pay for only to find several large cockroaches watching us from the floor and surrounding units.
i wouldnt recomend the hotel, the holiday supplyer or the area to any1 unless of course you enjoy going on a holiday be harrased, fleased and treated like cr*p.

Where do i start? I have been to Turkey over 15 times and would never ever stay in the Magic Hotel again. The staff were so rude, no room on arrival, no sunbeds around the pool cos not enough, food was the same every single day. Arrived home to find out I had got Salmonella whilst there. The cleaner was stealing out of rooms and stole our turkish delight that we had bought as gifts for the family. The staff were the least helpful people I have ever met in my life. I was disgusted by the Hotel and it has put me off Kemer forever. I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone.

We have just come back from a lovely holiday, staying at the Magic Hotel. This was a late booking and we were unsure of what to expect however we were not disappointed at all.
Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels left, the room also had a little fridge which meant we could keep some of our own drinks cool.
The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us, they were extremely friendly and helpful.
It was an unreal situation, in that we were the only guests in the hotel for the first few days, which meant we had everyones attention and the pool to ourselves.
The food was traditional Turkish which was great as we feared we would get the usual 'all inclusive' fare, chips with everything! Each day we had fresh salads. and either chicken or lamb, rice or coucous. The food was really tasty and plenty of it.
Although anything we found on the web about the hotel, said it was on the outskirts, it is not far from anything i.e the beach, shops etc.
Kemer itself is a nice resort, I am sure it would be much busier at peak times but being April it was still quiet. There were not very many British tourists and the hotel staff said in the main it is the Germans, Dutch & Russians who visit Kemer.
Many people had said that it was cheap in Turkey but we didn't find this, a beer and a coke cost us 13 YTL which is about £6. I thought this was expensive but when we were in the hotel all of our drinks were included, although it is only locally produced drinks.
In conclusion we had the holiday we were looking for and we would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again. I do recognise that it might be a different experience when the hotel is busier.
