Dost Apartments

we recently went to dost apartments for two weeks with three of us aged 18. the apartments are pretty basic but ideal for three young girls. the staff are really friendly and welcoming and found the amusing side of us stumbling in at the early hours of the morning. the pool area is nice and relaxing with a good atmosphere with music being played. we will be returning next year as we were pleased with the apartments overall. the apartments are in walking distance to the beach and to all the night life which was perfect for us.

Stayed in Dost for two weeks this summer. a lovely place with some of the nicest staff i have come across in turkey. the pool and sunbathing area was fab and the food was delicious! it really is a place where u can relax and have a great holiday. the staff make it as they are genuine nice fellas who will go out of there way to help you! THe owner Becker and his wife are lovely people. i will def stay there again

It was alright but very basic, not very clean and quite boring. but the staff are lovely. the pools not that big. food was good. and the managers daughter was so cute ha ha. so yes it was alright but i didnt really like turkey to be honest, and if i did go back id definetley choose another hotel. apart from that it was fun, very enthusiastic staff.

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming without being too much as you may find in some parts of Turkey. The rooms clean, spacious and a great base. I travelled with my 2 year old daughter as a single parent and I felt very safe, my daughter loved the staff and the pool. These apartments have a nice relaxing atmosphere and I would highley recommend them if you are travelling to Gumbet.

We stayed here for just 2 nights before we went on a cruise. Rooms were clean,hotel was quiet and people were friendly ( as always!)
The guy behind the bar was really friendly and got me with a couple of gimmicks,like electrocuting lipstick so beware!!
Had a lovely Sunday dinner as well, i think the lady who owns it is English
Would definately go back -one of the best places I have stayed in in Turkey

Hi, Have just got back from my hols at the Dost apartments. We have been there about 20 times now and it just keeps on getting better. I would recommend it to everybody going to Gumbet for a holiday. The staff are so friendly and put them selves out to make sure everyone is kept happy. The apartments are basic but clean and you never run out of fresh towels and clean sheets. The pool is also cleaned every morning. Chefs cooking is fantastic and very reasonably priced too. We are booking to go back again in August.......can't get enough of the place.

My first holiday alone. I am a 25 year old single woman and I had an amazing time. The staff were friendly when they realised I was not some weirdo holidaying alone because I had to, instead of choosing to!
It was a good 15 min walk to the beach, which is busy and crowded. Wherever you sit, the waiters will serve to your sunbed but the prices are quite high. The apartments were clean and adequate, considering all I did was sleep and shower. The chef at the apartments often did me speciality Turkish dishes when all the staff ate and they often "forgot" to add things to my bill, which was fine with me!
I went out twice on my own to local restaurants and was treated like a princess when they realise you are alone. I did get hassle from the local men but, bear in mind, they start on the next woman once you have walked by and sometimes the ego boost was nice!
The weather was amazing, over 100 degrees every day. Air conditioning was extra and expensive, as was keeping my room on because of a later flight. I would go back. People there go back year after year and it's a real family environment.

Great holidays, have been about 6 times now. It’s only a small place, very friendly for familes and couples.
Its not far from the town and beach, and if you want lively go on bar street, great fun .
he Dost Apartments are very clean. The staff are excellent, really good laugh; the food is lovely.
