Overall this holiday resort is a quiet relaxing holiday. We have been to this hotel twice now and each time has been a very nice experience. The food and amenities are average but the staff that work there make the holiday as far as our family are concerned. All the staff that work there from the bar people to reception staff the children’s entertainers, security people and even the cleaners will all go out off there way to make your holiday experience their a good one.
They have a very friendly family relaxed atmosphere my three kids aged 8,12 & 13 love it there they are safe to wander around the hotel with the new friends they make playing around the pool or on the beach. You also have be best of both worlds as far as sight seeing you are only a ten minute bus ride away from the hustle and bustle of Sousse, they have a good public bus service the bus stops outside the hotel and its very cheap. Sousse is a very hectic city and has lots to see and do night or day.
That’s why this hotels location is prefect because you have the choice of relaxing or hectic whenever you choose. the hotel itself is very nice the rooms are clean and tidy the hotel is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, and even the cleaners are very friendly and very trustworthy I have never had a problem to complain about while I have been there and we have made firm friends with most of the staff and that why we intend going back next year.

Neptunia beach hotel is located on a side road off a dual carriageway motorway so there are no shops and you can’t walk anywhere. There is an electricity power plant if you walk left along the beach! But taxi and buses are cheap to get you into the local towns
The hotel its self is clean and the staff are welcoming especially Mr Massage.
But I have to say if you are English and have a family this hotel is not for you. The Food was absolutely terrible. Especially for the children. We are taking Rabbit, fish with heads and tales on, all with greasy sauce on it all. Nothing for kids what so ever!
The hotel is full of French and Germans and the hotel is run to suit their interests. All announcements, sporting instructions, entertainment, and menus are in French.
Don’t be fooled about the kids club. There is a room called kids club that they put the kids in and shut the door. Our children were left unsupervised and typically they would be roaming the hotel within half an hour, as they would get bored and leave the room as no one was there
I wouldn’t agree that there is much to do in local towns. There are shops which the traders get offensive if you don’t buy and a half day boat ride or camel ride. That’s about it
Over all we have stayed in much better places than this before. We will not be returning here.
