This was a real bad experience in the hotel. The rooms were standard 3*. Cats and dogs running wild in the hotel and restaurant. Staff do NOT speak English. They have set times for drinks and food on all inclusive. The director of the hotel who we spoke to, would not take... more

Hotel fails to live up to its 5 Star rating. Beyond the reception area into the rooms it drops to a 3-4 Star level. Room door and toilet door had been Forced open poor repairs on both doors evident. Level of cleaning basic. Bathroom had 2 240v plugs where as room only had... more
