" We've been to the Androthea on... "
Submitted By: Mrs L RAITHBYWe have tried various other locations but always come back to this one as it's just where we want to be situated and is reasonably quiet at night.
The rooms could do with quite a lot of renovation although they are spacious, comfortable and clean and who stays in their room during a holiday anyway?
We spend quite some time around the lovely pool and it's very close to the harbour, which we love. There are plenty of restaurants close by and unlimited nightlife 10 minutes away in the square.
We much prefer this part of Ayia Napa to the Nissi beach end.

" Ayia Napa last week of the season was... "
Submitted By: Miss T PaulThe apartments were very basic and could do with some renovation. The location was excellent - very close to the harbour and to the square.
I was underwhelmed by Cyprus - too English for me and it was more expensive than home.

" Just come back from a weeks stay in... "
Submitted By: Miss J JonStaff are really friendly and helpful, pool is lovely with plenty of sun loungers as there are only about 34apts. They have a happy hour in the pool bar from 4-10pm all cocktails only £1, we tried every single one (quite a few times over!!) Food is not that good but there is a fab little restaurant over the road and a gorgeous Chinese.
We did go on the dolphin boat trip, needless to say no dolphins to be found!! I would love to know if anyone has actually seen these dolphins??? However it was still a brilliant trip would definitely recommend it, it was more expensive than the regular £2 or £3 offerings down by the harbour but trust me they are a complete rip off!! You are much better off booking it through your rep at the hotel, it may cost £25 but trust me well worth it.

" This was our second holiday to Cyprus... "
Submitted By: Miss Lisa BirchallThe apartments are in a perfect location, not far from the harbour and the square, but it's still quiet. All necessary amenities are close by, restaurant's, bars and shops. The bus stop is also close by that takes you up to Nissi Beach and the water park.
The place is really family friendly and the people are so nice. We just can't wait to go back. See you very soon.

" Second time to Cyprus but first time... "
Submitted By: Mrs H WrightApart from that I would highly recommend these apartments. Rooms are spacious and the pool area is fantastic. There are only about 32 rooms and about 100 sun beds. Nobody was on top of each other.
Easy reach of the lovely harbour and equally the main square. Would go back and only to these apartments.

" Well what can I say?! We went Aug... "
Submitted By: Miss L N HilhuesThe staff weren't as friendly as they could have been. The cleaners were excellent and came on a daily basis. My bed however, was a pull-out bed which wasn't really satisfactory for the money I paid, but everyone else's was okay. The pool was great and plenty of lilos to play with. The award for the most miserable member of staff goes to the guy behind the bar, if looks could kill!
Overall though, it was a pleasant stay and would probably return there again. We're going back to Ayia Napa this year as we loved it so much. Wicked nightlife! Would recommend it :)

Submitted By: Miss R.C ConroyWe received a friendly and helpful service from the staff, and the hotel was perfectly situated.
Even though we went to Ayia Napa for the night life it was nice to be staying just at the right distance from the square… perfect location.
The room itself was clean and spacious.
Returning back this year Summer 2006...

" It was my third visit to Ayia Napa... "
Submitted By: Miss JM LidsterThe food in the hotel bar was good value for money, however we tended to visit different restaurants on the night times. All around Ayia Napa the meals are of high quality and are excellent value for money. The Androthea has several traditional restaurants on its doorstep and is also very close to Burgerking and Pizza Hut if that is your type of thing.
I would seriously recommend anyone who is going to Ayia Napa to enjoy the nightlife and the beaches, who want to be located nearby, but in a pleasant environment to chose the Androthea.
The hotels that are right in the centre are usually a little scruffy and crowded, the Androthea was definitely an exception. In this apartment you can chose whether it is the clubbing holiday in the square that you want, or a more traditional relaxed holiday down by the harbour.

" The Androthea was the worst place... "
Submitted By: Miss W OldhamOverall it was not a very nice place to stay, they forget to turn off your air conditioning an then try and charge you for it saying you should have reminded them to shut it off, its not our job to remind them, were on holiday not in work. I would not recommend it.

Submitted By: Miss T Mc fallThe staff are not that friendly. However the location of the apartments is excellent centrally located to the nightlife, which is a 10-minute walk and is for all ages. Restaurants are widely available with a McDonalds and KFC right nearby.

" The Androthea Apartments are probably... "
Submitted By: Miss A PatelThese apartments are centrally located and are convenient for all of Ayia Napa's resort amenities. The bonus of these apartments are that they are located near the harbour end, whereby there is a nice clean and uncrowded beach!!
The centre of Ayia Napa is a mere 10 minute walk, which again is a bonus as you are not in the middle of the chaotic nightlife...all in all Ayia Napa is great and the location of these apartments are perfect for familes/couples and groups of people alike.
The cleanliness of the apartments is 100% and the restaurant next door Napa Star Inn also owned by the hotel owners is fantastic and they are the most welcoming people we met!!
Great place...cant knock it in anyway and would recommend this to anyone!!

" The Androthea hotel is a fantastic... "
Submitted By: Miss Jodie WatermanThe beaches are golden sands and turquoise water. Nissi beach is great.
The hotel is right by the harbour about 5 minute walk. Down by the harbour there are some very nice snack bars and there is also another beach.
By the hotel there is a McDonalds, burger king, kfc and a pizza hut.
I loved the hotel it was so clean and very nice. You can always get a sun bed. One day we were the only ones round the pool.
Cyprus is a lovely country. I would definitely go back to Ayia Napa Cyprus and I would also go back to the Androthea hotel.
