Hotel Class: 
The Hotel Montagnola is near the Achillion Palace, and only ½ a mile from the beach, where there is a variety of water sports available. The hotel runs a courtesy bus to the beach. Gastouri is a coastal village which has a selection of shops bars and restaurants, and only 6 miles from Corfu Town for a more lively nightlife.

Found on Teletext, booked via and paid hard earned money to bookable.co.uk. Had looked for reviews before our travel could not find a jot. However, 3 days after arrival checked the www in Shamrock Bar in Benitses found loads of negative/bad reviews.... read more

We stayed at the Hotel Montaniola promoted as 4* hotel but on arrival it looked nothing like it. It was in the middle of nowhere, situated in the hills going down into Benitses (which was about 2km away).
