I’ve read a lot of comments on here and usually get bored after 1000 words of complaining about every little detail.
I'll keep this short and sweet to save you time, the accommodation is rubbish and not worth anywhere near what you will probably pay for it. The only positive is that the main lift was only a 3 minute walk.
End of story, Jardins de la balme are ripping people off, not one guest we spoke to from the place had anything good to say about it.

Having read the reviews on trip advisor I thought I was prepared for the state of the apartment but it was much worse than I could've imagined. There was vomit on the loo door, a urine smelling floor, pillows which were wringing with sweat, blankets heavy with dirt and stained and very worn and dirty carpets. Didn't want to put our clothes in the cupboards. The kitchen was ok but didn't have a kettle or mugs. On a positive note the staff were very helpful and friendly and the water was hot and the heating worked well although at the price we really shouldn't have to so grateful for these things! Do not go there with a family. I hope the next week's guests appreciated my 3 hour cleaning marathon before we left!
