WARNING the owners are trying to scam money off of visitors in order to renovate their dingy rooms!
The rooms are grubby ill maintained, the staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful.
Hotel swiped £200 from my credit card for damage to the room that neither I nor my partner or our child made based on a non existing incmoplete damage inventory. Steer well clear of this place if this is the way they operate, and I am surprised reputable tour operators offer this place to customers, have been to Tignes 6 times before in various apartments and shared chalets, and never been treated so badly.
I do not normally submit reviews one way or the other, but the stay was so bad feel I should share this information with others in the hope that no one else gets caught by the same trap!
