Stayed in March 07 for the third time. Hotel is beautifully decorated in a traditional mountain style.
Staff were extremely helpful - especially Tomas, the concierge who always had time for a chat. Restaurants nice too, the Italian "Valentino" being the best in my opinion.
Skiing was good for all abilities and very extensive. We hardly did a run twice! We even managed a day’s skiing in Val d'Isere (only having to take a 10 minute taxi ride from Villaroger).
I would thoroughly recommend and I'll definitely be going back. Don't go expecting mad après ski though.

We stayed at Auberge Jerome from December 28th until January 7th 2006.
As a new owner we took over our three bed roomed apartment for the first time. We stayed with our three teenage/grown up children in our three bed roomed duplex.
We loved it and everything about Les Arcs 1950.
The skiing was great with direct access from the apartment to the slopes. Coming home in the late afternoon we had the choice of skiing straight in to the pub or the apartment. Guess where we went! We enjoyed the restaurants but book in advance.
The facilities in the village are great including the heated outdoor pool. Roll in the snow then jump in!
We look forward to returning in the summer to walk in the mountains and to play some golf.

A group of 9 of us stayed in the Raddisson apartments in 1950 7/1/08 for 1 week.
We booked 2 apartments one sleeping 6 the other 6 but put 4 in one an 5 in the other so as not to be sleeping in the sitting room.
We opted for the slightly more expensive rooms and I think it meant we were closer to the hotel spa, which was great. We could walk in 1 min from our room to the spa and wonderful outdoor pool, without having to go outside.
The accomodation is excellent.
The resort is excellent, I personally have stayed in 1950 once and 1800 3 times.
We could ski both into and out of the ski locker room at the base the hotel which was excellent, no walking in boots!!
But we all found that the restuaraunts were pretty average at best, and expensive for what you got. Take away pizza were good however.
We went to bourg st maurice one afternoon and stocked up on food and drink at 1/4 of the price in the village and cooked in our aparments.
We took the table from 1 into the neighbouring 1 and sat 9 of us around 2 tables with plenty of room.
I would highly recommend this place, bar the expensive pubs and restaurants.
