Hi Alison, I was upset to see your review of Chalet des Neiges. I work for Crystal Ski and am the Chalet Manager for Les Arcs and La Rosiere. If you were looking for a similar holiday we operate in 5 chalets in Les Arcs and 2 in La Rosiere. La Rosiere may be more suitable for you as we provide Childcare in this resort for children aged 5-12. Our chalets in Les Arcs have undergone refurbishment and all are looked after by expereinced chalet hosts. Unlike Esprit I am only responsible for 12 chalet staff and have good relationships with them. If you were to come on holiday with Crystal Ski I can assure you will not be disapointed! Hope you have a great holiday this ski season!!

Group of 6 adults and 6 children ranging from 3 to 6 years old. Stayed in Arcs 2000 the week before half term. Adults had all skiied before, children were novices. Chose Esprit on recommendation for childcare and proved worthwile. They seemed to have a lot of staff... more

The chalets are very comfortable and well laid out. All rooms had on-suite facilities and the living area was generous in size. The views from the balcony were great - looking down at Arc 1950 and across to the ski slopes. Après ski was good as could either us the local... more
