awful experience. poor room and facilities, we paid extra for an additional room for baby to sleep in. we got a small alcove at top of a very steep unprotected, dangerous staircase sharing same roofspace and lighting!! unhelpful staff, dirty, kitchen very poor, lots of things and corridor lighting not working, no parking on site- we had to park 1000m away and carry baby too and fro. poor cleanliness in pool and hot tub never working. can't describe in strong enough terms how disappointing this place is. les houches is fantastic - just find a decent place to stay!
