The nearest beach is just a five minute walk away and the lively centre of Aghios Nikolaos a ten minute drive. The local bus stop is situated outside the accommodation.

However, for those who want to exert the minimum effort on holiday, the complex has a swimming pool, snack bar/taverna and mini-market on site.

The Astro Apartments are situated on an elevated position in a residential area on the outskirts of town and overlooking the mountains surrounding Agios Nikolaos. The lively resort centre is approximately a kilometre away and there is a bus stop less than 50 metres from the apartments. The nearest beach is around half an hour's walk away: Almiros Beach.

Dilina Studio Apartments
Well located on the edge of town in the direction of Elounda, yet only 10 minutes walk along the promenade from the centre, these studios and apartments are above an unused taverna. There are rooms for two people sold on a bed and breakfast basis, and studios for two to three people each with a kitchenette, all with air conditioning (payable locally). Some of the beds are Cretan-style, on a concrete base. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance, and the small sandy beach of Amoudi is just 2 minutes away.

Everyone seems to get to know each other at the Dimitra. You’ll notice the warm, friendly atmosphere the minute you walk up the steps to the reception area. Traditional Cretan paintings, maps and pottery are dotted around the walls, and the rooms themselves are spacious. The attractive apartments all have balconies, and from some you can enjoy the lovely views of Mirabello Bay edged by sheer cliffs.

Set on the busy main road into the resort of Aghios Nikolas, this family run complex is an ideal base for those who want to be close to the amenities of the resort. Supermarkets, tavernas and shops are a few minutes walk away and the centre of town is 10 minutes.
A small sandy beach is a 10 minutes? walk down a steep hill. The accommodation is well equipped and beautifully maintained and cared for by the friendly owners.

The Golden Apartments are located in an elevated position on the outskirts of Aghios Nikolaos approximately 2.5 kms from the resort centre and offer modern accommodation with a family atmosphere. Next door to the Mirabella, just a few minutes walk from the beach and the nearest bar are these apartments with their own swimming pool, Jacuzzi, reception where safety deposit boxes can be rented and a small mini-market on site. Comprising of twin and double bedded apartments for 2 some sleep 3, extra beds are concrete based beds and 2 bedroom apartments for up to 4 with a double bed and 2 concrete based beds one of these is semi-basement making them pleasant and cool and a few rooms are above a reception and the mini-market.

This pleasant accommodation is set on rising ground above the main road, just under 4 kilometres from the centre of bustling Aghios Nikolaos. There’s a swimming pool set in attractive gardens, a bar, snack bar, mini-market and reception, and the local bus stops close by. The spacious apartments vary in size, sleeping 2, 3, or 4 to 6 people, and most have a sea view. All apartments have air conditioning payable locally. Reached by a number of steps, they are not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

About 1.5 kilometres from Ammoudara beach, and 4 kilometres from Ag Nik, enjoying wonderful views of the sea and mountains, this excellent accommodation with its own swimming pool is approached by a steep 400 metre track, and is not recommended for those with walking difficulties. It offers a number of studios for two people, and one-bedroom apartments with a double bed, and a single in the living area which can sleep up to four people, most with a sea view. All rooms have air conditioning. Although there’s a taverna and a supermarket about 4 minutes walk away, car hire would be useful.
