Seyir Hotel

We thought this hotel was amazing and all the bar staff(carlos,ranaldo,tartar) were helping and always having a laugh with us, we also went clubbing with them everynight which was very funny.
rooms were ok but food was [--] so we ate out most nights.
you can also get your pictures taken by the photographer who is also very hott!!!
The food staff are also very nice and always smiling away and always wiling to help.
There is also a security guard which is always watching for your safety and so you cant take anyone else back to your hotel ha..
was extremly hot all the time even at night..
the rep was a waste of space and never there to help as she is to busy with her lad who is the bar manager dunno how she ever got a job as a rep godane ha
never use the phone in your room as you need to be loaded to pay the bill..
overall was a great holiday and we will deff be returning so carlos and ozziy better be there.. wayyy

Hi i have just returned from 2 weeks in turkey and at the seyir hotel what can i say really i had the most fab time ever the rooms are basic and the food is there food what else would u really expect the pool was great had a massive slide which was turned on and off at different times so the over people at the hotel could enjoy there holiday as well the only probelm i have with this hotel are the owers who are very arrgot to say the least and treat the staff like dogs oh and now we come to the staff to be truth full they were the ones who made our holiday and i am dearly missing them all the bar staff who are carlos and ronaldo are amazing they were there everyday no matter what making us laugh carlos has become a member of our family he calls my mum and dad hes mum and dad and my sisters hes lil sisters and i am hes little brother he is gr8 as are all the staff at the seyir hotel even the night staff who dose the bingo and karoke at night hes name is orhan we went out at night clubbing with the staff from the hotel and it was turly great now on to the rep well her name is emma and yes she is dating the bar manger orhan so wot that dose not make her any different to any over rep she is great fanstic could have ask for for a better rep she puts up with some much crap but she keeps smiling i dont see one some of you on here slag her off you all ****s shes great and the other people at the Hotel were lovly as well met so many people it just amzed me and i went at the same time as the lady who wrote the last commet hope to see her and her husband there next year as i will defo be going back the seyir is a 3 sun hotel not a 3 star its the turkish ratings

have just returned from holiday at the seyir hotel and i have to say it was 1 of the best holidays i have ever had, ok the food wasnt great but i am fussy an it was a turkish menu so all to be expected really, an the rooms was slightly basic a bed a shower, air con at extra cost but you dont go on holiday to sit in your room. what made the holiday was the staff at the hotel, ronaldo an carlos the bar staff where top blokes they knew how to liven the night up also jimmy the waiter was very friendly and helpful. the staff even arranged a game of football the staff v holiday makers(which we lost). the hotel itself was in a very good location up a small hill but far enough from the nightlife not to be desturbed, i would recommend this hotel for the younger generation really or people who dont mind getting what they pay for you cant book an all inclusive for £350-£400 an expect to get the ritz, but i will most definatly be visiting this hotel again, it was my first time to turkey an my impressions was very good bring on 2009.

Hotel was basic but clean maids cleaned rooms everyday. Pool fantastic! Amazing views of surrounding mountains 10 min walk from local town great nightlife nice resteraunts bar staff very good and funny. Food not too good ate a few dinners and lunches but ate out alot.
Air con expensive at £25 but very good and get a safe a couple had all their money stolen from the room when we were there only cost £15.
Overall average hotel don't spend too much on the holiday All In I spend £280 max or you wont get your moneys worth.

Myself and my husband got married two years ago, but after the arrival of our daughter had no time for a honeymoon. We decided to book somewhere cheap via teletext on friday 29th August and flew the next morning on the 30th. The bus was fully air conditioned and the rep on the bus strived to make us laugh even though he had quite a limited level of English understanding. Arrived at the hotel in the evening. Checked in at the reception whilst the lovely receptionist took our details. Then a very helpful man took our bags to our room. The room itself was quite basic, comprising of one double and one single bed, a built in wardrobe, a dressing table with mirror and on-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and bath/shower combo. The balcony had two white plastic chairs and over looked the pool, and at night was sweet with the smell of jasmine! The food was served daily at set times (a bit of a let down) but was always pleasant! The menu was largely Turkish, which is to be expected. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the two bar staff Carlos and Ronaldo, anyone who has met these two will tell you just how much they spiced up the evenings. The man who did the karaoke (nicknamed Emma, as he was with the rep, Emma) was delightful and even bought us a cocktail on our last night to say goodbye. The manager was always available to take any queries, and asked on a daily basis if we were enjoying ourselves and if there was anything he could help us with. We found that the rep was wonderful, she was available as and when she said she would be, and advised us to go on a trip called the jeep safari, a definite must if you go to turkey!!
The friends we made there we shall be keeping in touch with, and the holiday was certainly brilliant. A holiday is what you make of it, and it's unfair to complain about the 'basic amenities' considering the hotels 3* rating.
Will definitely be returning next year as will all of the other guests who we spoke to!!

as stated by my partner this hotel is ajoke and iwould rather go to athird world country than go back to this hotel one or two comments on other review sites rave on about alex but either got moved or sacked for being a bit off apeado the food could,nt be served by the salvation army to the homeless the only goodthing was jimmy in the bar two weeks one off hell the other not as bad thank allah for raki

Well, where to I begin...just returned 25/8/08 from a weeks holiday from hell. Was promised a friendly run hotel from the tour operator I booked my holiday with, she gave me a personal recommendation as had stayed at the hotel herself (what a joke!). My initial feelings upon arrival was hmmm, basic, garish and in need of an overhaul!! Thought, perhaps I am being too critical and thought let's wait until we see the room and sample the cuisine! The food was poor to say all incluisve and 3*, my friend and I had sickness and diarrohoea for the last 4 days!!! The rooms were basic to say the least, no air conditioning or hairdryer, as promised in brochure! No entertainment, Turkish belly dancer on Monday and that was it, DVDs watched most nights, which is not what you come on holiday for, can do that back home (think it was for the benefit of the staff than the guests!). Poor sanitation, washed glasses and cups at bar using tap water, no wonder we all had the runs! Food exposed hence flies and appeared same food saved from lunch for dinner!! Emma, the holiday rep was a total waste of space and did not turn up for our welcome meeting! Like other comments have stated, she was going out with the bar manager and had no interest in the complaints the guests were making. I paid £500 for what was a nightmare. Sunbeds broken and smelt, bet they have never been cleaned! and there was not enough in addition to umbrellas. Seating around the bar area tatty and in need of replacing. The only bonus from the holiday was the weather and the nice people I met in the hotel, we all had something in common to talk about!!! The resort of Hisaronu was nice and did venture out on a couple of occasions, bowels permitting. If you are reading this, please take note before booking a holiday with Goldtrail at the Seyir Hotel. Finally, to end it all we had a 12 hour delay, which came with many more problems.....the saga continues.

Please read other reviews and take seriously, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the food is awful, we had to eat out, the rooms are horrid, like prison cells so dark and dingy - our balcony door handle came away could not unlock for two days, window held open with ash tray! Shower head hanging from wall! and this was the second room we were given!
Goldtrail rep couldnt care less - she ran out of complaint forms! and her attitude was of total indifference. She never even turned up for her organized welcome meeting!All day every day people were complaining, wanting moves, other hotel, anything to get out of this hotel from hell! THIS IS NEVER AN ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL!
100 people in hotel - 30 sunbeds all broken! 3 umbrellas - 2 broken!
Dont even think you will get good service from sullen barstaff- one drink at a time, and if you are lucky you may get last drink at 11 oclock if they are not too busy juggling bottles or washing glasses, because then of course after 11 they charge for drinks- and amazingly 3 barmen then appear to serve!
The beaches and lagoon at Olu Deniz are good, retaurants at Hisaronou and OD excellent - but we were supposed to be all inclusive but appalling food and appalling hotelforced us eat out.
To add insult to injury we were 12 hour delay coming back! No Goldtrail rep again!

just got back from two weeks of hell. this hotel is a disgrace the rooms are black the bathrooms even blacker reports of cracked baths, cracked shower units running toilets no showers on walls and the black mould is something to take your first photograph of
Food is awful unless you like bread and more bread we ate it for the first two days and then spent the next four on the loo so be warned the salads were uncovered so it is dodge the wasp or fly to get to the salads and the main choice is even worse cheap hamburgers,even cheaper kebab things that looked like king ribs and chicken of course you alwalys get chicken and every day on week one the veg was brussel sprouts they even used them in the salads.
Entertainment existants of a turkish night on monday and bingo on saturday but they did buy a DVD player for Kariokie on week two the worst thing for me was i booked two weeks as my summer holiday and everyone else was normally only there for one so they all had a lucky escape as one week is more that enough met some really nice people though when i was there so i think is thanks to them that i am still sane if you want to go out which i would recommend the resort itself is nice but its a ten minute walk down the slope there you will find nice bars and restuarants to eat in as i did have been to loads of places but i would recommend to you please read these reviews before you book as i had not and only wish i had other that to waste my money in this hotel i recommend that no one else give Goldtrail any money for a holiday in turkey as they are a bunch of con merchants not one person in this hotel said it was fab so be warned is if you want to move when you get there of course you will there is no chance as everywhere else is full and the rep will have nothing to say bad about this hotel as she is in love wilth the bar manager.

we arrived in seyir hotel to our room which at first glance seemed to be half way through decoration. the walls needed re painting and it was all very basic. we were told that we'd have to pay for our own air conditioning and safety box!!!
the food was really poor, and always the same. with only one buffet style area, we expected alot more for our money! there was no ideal food for children or proper entertainment for anyone apart from one belly dancer and a bodged bingo night when the rep decided to arrive back for the english translation, ha!! the staff tried there best in entertaining foke around the hotel but just lacked in ideas and funding i think.
we ended up spending hundreds of pounds to compensate for the poor quality food and entertainment, leaving us with no money to return home with.
this was a last minute holiday because of our cost restrictions and found it back firing in the long run.
