The Argos hotel was okay, in need of a revamp though as it is very 80's, I personally would not give it 4 stars.
The food was okay, although to be fair we only went for breakfast twice, we never made it to dinner as we always had other plans. Staff are very friendly and accomodating, room was clean and maid service was good.
The pool is quite small so get there early if you want a bed. Talamanca beach is not great, we spent most of our time in Ibiza town or in Playa d'en bossa, a ferry comes every 30mins taking you to Ibiza town, there is then one from Ibiza Town onto Playa d'en bossa. I loved Ibiza and am booked to go back next year but we will be staying in Playa d'en Bossa.
Talamanca is a lovely resort and I would return, but I would stay at a modernized hotel. The Harbour at Talamanca is amazing with some lovely bars, restuarants and boutiques.
