we arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and when we got to our room we had to go through one door to find two more, we opened 1 and found 2 beds and a bathroom. we thought the other door must hav been the living area, only to find when we opened it to be someone elses room! so our key fit someone elses! when it was daylight, we looked out our window to a view of a dump! we had no balcony, just a small window although the hotel was clean.we went to get our all inclusive wristbands and were told they didnt have any so we would need a recipt to go to another hotel for meals as they didnt have any dining room open! we went to another hotel for our meals to be told we couldnt get drinks from there! the next morning we went to get our recipt for the day and a man was on reception and he said that we shouldnt have been told to go to that other hotel. and he showed us a hotel down the road that we could move to and get our wristbands. so then we moved hotel and had the rest of the week staying there. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was ok, a little noisey but i didnt mind that. i wouldnt recommend staying here as i believe you can get better for your money else where. This hotel is poss good for somewhere to crash your head for a few hours kip. We upgraded to a balcony room it was ok but not very big at all. The hotel is very clean and is very close to the beach. My friends stayed at another and had a proper apartment and was only paying 15euro's a night. I think me and my partner was paying around £60 a night at tivoili!! So value for money you can get better! Also just to add in, me and my partner did not feel safe at this hotel as they let a random guy into our room in the middle of the night. He had gone into the wrong room!! we was there sleeping and got woken by the door opening with the hotel reception man and the random bloke! as you can imagine - we went a bit nuts!!!
