Be warned. This in all our holidays we have enjoyed this is the 1st time we have complained. 1, 2, 3, key apartments & 2, 3, 4, 5, star hotels we have been to & been satisfied or more than satisfied.
This hotel is the exception. Rooms are the standard expected of a 4* well cleaned. Its the food & the restaurant that is the problem! Small toaster to cater for a large hotel & 1 tea/coffee/hot water machine.
Staff who could not even be bothered to find a lady a baby chair, the lady was Spanish too. Never before have i not been able to get on with staff (being a retired shop steward could be the answer) but here, no chance. Hand picked to be awkward. Evening meals were the worst we have encountered. Fish fingers. pork burgers, chips every night + pizza with bacon not eaten at breakfasts, potato 1 night 1 beef joint 1 night after joint used up that was it. Sweet table 6ft x4ft hardly any choice, fruit, 3 types of apples, oranges that’s it.
This is the most sloppy run place. Very disappointed. We even had holiday makers jokingly asking to switch our 7 day holiday for their 14 day holiday!

When we booked our holiday, we had booked for a different hotel, but were informed that the hotel had been shut down for refurbishment. So was offered this hotel.
On arrival the hotel look nice & clean/tidy as you would expect. Once inside we found the staff very helpful & friendly. Room was spotless and cleaned daily unlike it says in the brochure 3 times a week. The maids were very friendly & helpful, when asked to get extra items, they would go and get them straight away so not having to wait.
For breakfast there was a wide range of food on offer for all nationalities of a high standard.
Although we did not have evening meals was told by some friends that these were of an excellent standard to suit all.
Has a pool side bar and restaurant which serve snacks & meals throughout the day.
Has two large swimming pools that are shared with its sister hotel & two smaller separate kid’s pools. Also has a kids play area outdoor, plus there was a kids club during the day.
There was entertainment on every night of the week.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone, as my family & myself all enjoyed our stay & would definitely go back again.
