These apartments are truly very special, set in the beautiful valley.
The accommodation is modern and full of character. The hosts are attentive. The breakfast is an important part of the day.
Although there is no restaurant facility on site there are a few places to eat in the village.
The best being Cafe Med just off the church square, they provide both indoors and out door dinning. The food is excellent, oh and don’t forget the sweets the best I've had in a long time.
A word of warning you will need to book your table, to make sure you’re not disappointed.

What a wonderful place to visit both the hotel and village are out of this world.
The hotel is small, quiet and the service just spot on. The breakfast is a must.
We were only there for a few days but will return again this year and next.
The village has a few bars, restaurants, shops and banks so you don’t need to leave the village if you don’t want to, just spend your days in the hotel pool and gardens and then out for dinner or if you like there are some wonderful walks (maybe next time)
We went to the local restaurant one night called Es Toro, good local food nice people, great view. Then we went to Cafe Med in the square.
Wonderful, great place to spend the night, clean white table cloths, great fish and a nice touch is that all their wine comes from Mallorca. Make sure you book as it was very busy and still early in the session.
So for a great weekend stay at Ca´n Reus wake up for breakfast, swim and ask the hotel to book you a table at cafe med.
Enjoy we did.

We’ve stayed at the Petit hotel in Fornalutx many times over the last few years.
If you want a romantic, peaceful, laid back holiday this is the place to go. Don’t expect everyone to speak fluent English, don’t expect easy parking if you’ve got a car – it’s a village, space is
Limited!
The Petit hotel is within walking distance of all the local bars, restaurants, shops and banks.
The staff does their utmost to make your stay enjoyable. You get clean towels and your room
Cleaned every day – extra towels are available for sunbathing or whatever, Jacuzzi, sauna, swim – all available in the garden of the hotel.
This is rural Mallorca – not Magalluf – it’s safe, it’s quiet, there are limited choices in what to do – but the scenery is magnificent and the people of Fornalutx are charming and friendly. Don't
Expect everyone to speak fluent English, but everyone will try their best to give you what you
Want and make your stay special.
Go to the Bella Vista – Tolo & Michelle’s restaurant – for ok food, superb views, good service and clean toilets.
Go to Bar Deportivo in the plaça and get a ‘taste of Mallorca' - watch the world go by, good
Service, reasonable prices from the best barman in Mallorca - Miguel.
C'an Antun's restaurant (the first on the left as you come into the village from the 'high road' gets rave reviews in all the tour guide books - for better service and the same quality of food, go to the restaurant next door, you can't go wrong - only two restaurants side by side, think it's called ~Es Tores.
Don't go to Cafe Med in the square of Fornalutx - it's over-priced and nothing special. If you're
Looking for something different to eat - explore Puerto Soller, you can get a lovely meal at Ses
Oliviers on the bay, a great curry at the Indian restaurant beside the beach, a good Chinese meal nearby also. Soller too offers different choices - the main shopping area has a good selection of
Restaurants - we've tried a few and would recommend them.
If you do decide to go to Fornalutx, please don't tell too many people how much you enjoyed
It - too many tourists would spoil the experience.
One tip. . If you want to see the island, hire a car. You need to go to the port or to Soller for public transport.

Our apartment was fresh and modern, not to mention so clean. The gardens and beautiful outdoor pool areas were also kept to the highest standard.
We have stayed here on two occasions, both times a wonderful time spent in Fornalutx.
The village is pretty and offers a few restaurants, our favourite being Cafe Med. It is situated just off the church square. It is run and owned by Neil, who will help you through the menu and specials. The produce and wines are all local. Although this place is abit more expensive than the others you will soon realise the true value for money.
It’s always worth making a reservation. Enjoy!
