Dreadful! This hotel is looking VERY tired and needs to do some basic maintenance before justifying the room prices it charges. Everywhere was filthy, from the main stairs to the rooms themselves.

I went to stay at the Alton Towers resort and I thought the service was really really good.



I had a fab time there and was made to feel very welcome. Went on loads of rides while we stayed 2 and the bob the builder show they had was great for kids to go and see.

Hotel rooms are nice, though...
