Resort Dedeman Club Belkoy

Chapa Travel Ltd are perhaps the worst travel agency that I have ever had the misfortune to book a holiday with. They did not honour my original booking despite deducting the full amount from my debit card. On arrival at Antalya Airport, I was met by their local representative (Murat - Noya Tours) who from the outset, consistently lied to me. He claimed that Chapa Travel had 'overbooked' my resort and without option, he took me and my two young sons to the Club Belkoy.
Chapa Travel represent this resort as 4 star, forgive me whilst I contact Trading Standards and they are obviously breaching legislation here - this is never a 4 star. My room was extremely basic and with a cracked and dangerous shower glass, this holiday turned into an absolute nightmare. Despite repeated calls at the time back to Chapa Travel, they were worse than useless. They promised to relocate me 4 days later so I duly repacked and awaited them to uplift me. Needless to say they failed to turn up and I had to endure the whole fortnight here. The resort has two good pools and a nice beach (albeit very stony). The resort is exclusively Russian and the food is terrible. You have to queue for ages for the food and the speciality was... wait for it grilled chicken. No herbs, no spices, no nothing... just grilled chicken which was 'special' because of the nice pink colour in the middle.
As for CHAPA TRAVEL, they refused to answer my letters of complaint and obviously do not value customer service or retention! The worst case of customer care and response I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this resort and I certainly would not recommend CHAPA TRAVEL Ltd.

Cheap break, good agent, no problems. Hotel is in a very good location, peaceful and quiet.
Kemer main town is about 10 mins away with good minibus connections. If you are in to shopping go to Antalya, so much more choice and a very big city with beautiful historical places.
We have been to Olimpos as well which I have been told to be an old pirate city, don’t miss it.
Staff at Chapa Travel very helpful very polite. No pushy sales tactics just plain sailing.
Hotel is basic; staff is very friendly, well worth the money that we paid. Couple of little shops and smallish restaurants close by.
Night life is Kemer wasn’t very lively as we went there so early in the season but it is very promising for youngsters.
Kemer is a must see place in Turkey if you are bored of usual trips to Calis beach.
I will be taking the kids back to the same hotel later on the year, actually already booked it.
