We have just come back from this hotel. You could not ask for a better positioned hotel.
So close to the beach. Although the beach is shingle and the water full of stones it is in a lovely position. The hotel reception staff are lovely as it is a family run hotel. However they only have 2 people on in the main bar all day and all night, no matter how busy it is and we found it very frustrating some nights having to wait 20 minutes before getting served with a drink and 40 minutes during the day waiting for food.
The food in the buffet at dinner and breakfast does not cater for the British and the food is awful. Although you will be okay if you like salads. My advise is to go bed and breakfast as there are many good reasonable tavernas locally. This hotel charges for the sunbeds and umberellas in the main hotel and you have to be up early to beat other nationalities to them. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly.
But there is no activities for children and if there is only 2 people in the bar after 11.30 pm they will inconvenience the whole hotel for these 2 people by having the music on load until they go.

Problems with flight (MYTravel),
The hotel was splendid and I would recommend to anyone who wants a lot of style for a little money.
The staff are extremely helpful and polite, the cleaners are always happy to assist with extra towels or pillows, the bar is small, but all you need to have a drink before you settle for night.
Over all. Great hotel and staff, good location, good sea views, very clean rooms.
If I had to say I had a problem it would be the lift system, dependant on which floor you are on you may have to change lifts as the top floors were added after the first section, but even with that, I would have no problem staying there again.
Well done to all the staff there they go beyond their star listing and should be in the 5 star category.
P.S. the cook does a lovely custard style cake and it taste fantastic.

MY GOD! DONT BOTHER! WE NEED A HOIL TO GET OVER THAT ONE.when we checked in we were shown to a room with no window and the room smelt of pee.we complained and were told if we wanted a better room we would have to pay an extra 80 euro on top of the 1400 we allready paid for 10 days.we had no choice but to pay.the second room was better,bigger but the view was from the front of the hotel.no sea view like we were told.what can i say about the food.i was afraid to eat anything after spending two nights on the toilet with cramps.we have an 8 month old baby and to get to the town we had to carry the buggy down 200 steps.every night.we ended up eating out most nights and having to get taxis back to the hotel every night ,very expensive.housekeeping came most days and changed the beds and towels,but not much cleaning was done.my husband and daugher got sick on the last day,we went to the mecidal centre after waiting two hours for an ambulance to be given a percription and a bill for 600 euro.could not wait to get home.we flew home that night and i took my daugher to the hoispital to be told she has a viris.we spent a week in hoispital.NEVER AGAIN......
