Garden Istra Hotel

Fantastic hotel but its a pity that the hotel hosts football tournaments that disrupt your holiday meal times and continue into the night by way of rowdy behaviour around the pool areas of the complex. I would add that its advertised as a 4 Star rating but there appears to be no dress code for evening meals which spoilt the whole experience for us. Other hotels in this group in the loction appear not to have this problem,

I was for 7 days at the Sol Garden Istra for summer vacations. The hotel was just opened after the renovation and we got a really low price for such a hotel. The rooms are very big, the beds are really big. Everything seemed big and lovely. The hotel is decorated very nice. We were on the halfboard and I think we gained a couple of kilos because the food was delicious. They have this show cooking so you can actually see your food while they are making it. The inside pool is quite small. The town is also very nice, unfortunatelly I didn't like the beach. It is all made of concreate or very large stones but for some it could be perfect. The outside pool is very nice and has a bar near decorated as an Istrian village. There are tenis courts, football court and meny other activities around the hotel avilible. The surrounding is also very nice decorated. A really nice hotel which I really liked!
