Major aircon problems and non-opening windows meant moist air was making bedrooms very damp. We had to move rooms twice. Presumably they will fix this one day.
What they can not fix - and which no advertisements point out - is the location.
Willendon Island is the industrial area. Surrounding the hotel there is nothing but lorry parks, container storage yards etc.
The tourist areas are a considerable ride away and the hotel is "just another Hilton" -to go all the way to India and then be stuck in the middle of a container port is not a smart move.
Contrast with hotels like the Taj Residence which is right in the middle of the town so you can go out at night etc.
Not recommended if you are a tourist. Fine if you are in business connected with container ports!!
